Wait was entirely too long, and I asked about a blue liquid that was used during my pedicure. I was told that it was “soap,” which I initially thought was DAWN dish soap due to the smell and color. They are using DAWN DISH SOAP. Disgusting!!! I’m so tired of mistreatment, because what would possess the company to use dawn dish soap on customers who I assume are predominantly Black/African American.

I've been coming to them for 10years and omg the last year has been disheartening and unprofessional I will never spend another cents in there they schedule appts only to tell you that person is not working today but the person is there so why set me up an appointment or you set appointment and the person not there at all than they be rude about the new ppl in the establishment can't even do nails or toes the person I use to go to does great work and she use to be so sweet but she has become to be very unprofessional when I say my time and money is up there that's what I mean I would not advise anyone to spend money with them the service is not worth it my last 3 appointments I seen nobody

Did a bait and switch when it came to the price: I came for acrylic overlay and showed them (a girl and a guy) my nails which had yellow paint and acrylic on them. I was told $50. When everything was done by two different people, the price was $65 and the first two people who gave me the $50 price where no where to be found. The next day, my fingers were in pain. No thanks!

I came in for both mani and pedi this past saturday 6/1/2024. and I am not pleased with the service overall.
A short older lady with blonde hair who did my pedicure had an attitude with me for declining a needed service which would've been an additional cost. Her words specifically "don't come back to me, I wont do for you" referring to the service she said I needed but I declined. Next was the pregnant lady who did my mani who told me there would be an additional cost to clean my nails prior to getting my full set but it was not listed on the price list when I asked about it and no answer was given. If I am not mistaken that is a service that is automatically included in rendered by law. If I can I will be reporting it. I paid for a gel full set this past SATURDAY, and already as of Wednesday, 6/5/2024 I look like I am in need of a fill in. This shop use to be good at one point but their lack of professionalism is the main reason I will not be returning.

They are rude and try to make you pay for services that you didn’t ask for and they will try to charge you different prices for services depending on who services you! I advised that I didn’t wish to finish the service she placed my hands in acetone to soak off the nails and left me to complete the removal on my own. Very unprofessional and rude.

I like the wall in service but, I think there's a need for a mediator. You can show your design ideas to the mediator, they will talk to the nail service provider for you. This makes it easy to understand what you want, even if there's a language barrier.

I recently had an amazing experience here. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. My nails turned out beautifully, I highly recommend this salon for a top-notch nail care experience!

Vee is amazing . I haven’t had a pedicure in over 5 years and she made me feel so comfortable and took her time . She also did an amazing job on my nails . Will definitely be back .

this place always did good service any time i’ve come here but today was the worst i came for pedicure services my feet were in the water less than 4 minutes before he started, i chose a color and asked for big toe design he told me he don’t do designs on regular polish then proceeded to speak in his dialect with another woman when i asked them to speak english my polishing was rushed and then i was asked to pay for the pedicure before my toes were dried and had the audacity to expect a tip. im very disappointed in the service i received today.

First the worker tried to give me services I didn't ask for so she could hike up the bill then my bill was duplicated she said she had refunded my money right then while I was there but didn't after contacting my bank I realized my money was not refunded so I had to go there with proof in order to get my refund after waiting almost an hour I the manager finally approved my refund I will never go back there again
