WUSA 9 did a horrible story about this station. The owner increased the price of gas when the local church decided to give the community free gas. This owner doesn't care about the community it serves. Don't stop here for gas or anything.

The teller Hashim is very disrespectful and rude. I stopped to get gas and I always get grade 93 but they only had regular gas. I paid not knowing this because there was no sign on the pump and the teller didn't say anything when I paid for the gas. When the pump didn't work I went to him and asked what's going on with the pump and he said only regular gas and pointed to a poorly written sign tapped to the window that was misspelled. I told him I didn't see the sign and he started yelling and swearing. I told him not to talk to me like that and it was no reason for him to be disrespectful. He is still yelling. I didn't see the sign with all the other things he had tapped to the window and again the note was misspelled and I couldn't make out what it was until he pointed it. My point is this: If you only have regular gas, either post is where is it clear and visible to customers or let the customers know when they pay. I will never again patronize this particular Sunoco again. I demanded a refund that I am still waiting for to be refunded to my card. If it is not refunded within a day or two. I will contact the authorities and file a complaint.

I refuse to go this gas station anymore. The little short dude, who must work overnight is RUDE AS HELL!!! He will see you standing there and still play or talk on his dayum phone. Then try to talk trash behind the window. He need to have some customer service training!!

The pump didn't accept my card and the cashier took forever to process it. Also the pump took a long time to start working.

I've never come across slower pumps in my life! It takes like, 10 mins to fill up my tank! I drive a Toyota Highlander!!!! Every time I come, the pump is slow. I've tried different ones. They're all the same. Never going here again! I give up!

So I finally went into the "store" and I'll happily pass on ever doing that again. All of the expected outrageous prices of a convenience store, without the ability to pick out your junk food and beverages yourself...you have to tell the person behind the bulletproof glass what you want. There were a couple of other people here as well and as a result, it was crowded. So, I'll probably keep buying gas here, and get the occasional carwash here, but I'll pass on ever shopping in the actual store.

I think if Im paying for a car wash that the device would have soap in it. Nothing but water & brushes the entire wash. This is the 2nd time. Like come on guys damn.
