So I came from doing a 20hr drive and I’m almost at my destination. I come in and not only was there no greeting but there’s a black dude short nappy bush just on his phone while I’m standing in line. So I asked if he was busy and he nods to come up to counter. Get to the counter this man is still on his phone not helping me. I walked off immediately. He needs to be fired!!!!!!! It’s ridiculous the customer service is not present and you just chillen on your phone in front of customers AT THE COUNTER. Wild to me. Give the job to someone who wants it. It’s 11/02 around 8:30pm. He wore no name tag

This place was horrible. The bathroom was not clean and the employees were quite rude. I ordered the pulled chicken and had the a piece of bone in there. Would not recommend going there when the 2 workers that we had to deal with are there.

08/15/2024- I ordered my lunch in person: chicken salad sandwich with lettuce, Tomatoe, and yellow peppers on a toasted croissant! The team member prepared it just like I like it. The staff was quiet, polite and professional. Everyone waiting for their ticket number to be called was pleasant. The food was good! The food team was quick and accurate! Good job team!

I was extremely hungry this afternoon. I had a taste for your delicious fried chicken.So I thought I go grab me two thighs. I was having trouble with the self check out, the clerk needed assistance from the manager to cancel and re enter my order. The management was standing right by her side, but to preoccupied to take one minute to assist us. After waiting for several minutes.
My irritation increasing at this point. A more experienced worker came over to help, she placed my order, gave me one thigh, no receipt to retrieve my food, she put the piece of chicken in the box and sent me on my way. I did not find out my order was incorrect until I got in the car. When I went back to point out the mistake. I was ignored. A lot of young workers have no customer service skills and their attitudes suck. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received today and I do not think I will be returning to this location.

I had high hopes for some fresh fried chicken. It looked like the chicken was fried 5am this morning. It was dried up and dark brown. The potato wedges were so old they were flat and dark. I went to Wingstop. I don't mind waiting for fresh food

This trio of ladies at the 3300 Forestville Rd District Heights store , Jamika, Samone and Margaret are the friendliest people I've ever met working at a gas/convenience location.. Beautiful smiles compliments their personalities. They were extremely kind and helpful. I told them that their customer service sold me totally and now I will be patronizing Royal Farms permanently.Kudos?to whomever chose this Beautiful team of women. Thank you ladies, l appreciate you all.

I love this royal farms i stop here every morning before i go to work and the workers are so nice . Food is always fresh they let it be know if its gonna be a wait on food .

I stooped a the Royal Farms and purchased the 4 piece dark with wedges, when I got home I had two legs a thigh and a bunch of wedges. I tried calling the store but no one answers. I am exhausted and really don't feel like going back out. This Royal farms SUCKS. This is the second time I have had a problem there. On a previous visit there, the worker and manager were VERY RUDE and NASTY. I asked about the store manager and was told "She not here" and they walked away. I did a review online on the website and I still haven't heard anything.

The pumps are old and are never useful for receipt of purchases.

Stopped here for gas a quick snack before a long road trip. The trash cans at the pumps were all overflowing and there was trash everywhere. Inside was pretty messy too. Workers were nice enough, however and even though it was dark out I didn’t feel unsafe.
