Horrible customer service. Their scheduling was awful. I called them to have someone pickup my tv stand. They scheduled my pickup between 12pm and 3pm. I called them at 1pm and they said I was scheduled between 3pm and 5pm. I kept calling them back to let them know I needed someone to pick up the item before 3pm. They kept saying, “someone is on their way”. No one arrived until after 3pm and I ended up being late for an event. To make it worse, the guy shows up without another person and without a dolly so I had to help him carry a heavy tv stand down to the first floor.

Rent a center is great after 90 days of not paying them and ignoring calls they stopped calling and no more mail from them lol just wait em out they always give up.

Extremely unprofessional. I am currently being harassed DAILY after I missed my payment by a week. John has threatened me and called me names. Chasity whom I’ve spoken with and thought was friendly put me on speaker as I was calling to make a complaint about John. I will be calling headquarters and I will be suing for harassment. John stated he does not care about his job because I asked to speak with a professional. I don’t care if I’ve missed 20 payments that do not cause for me to be disrespected.

I was very surprised with this location. I have heard not so great things over the few years. HOWEVER. My experience was more than great. I started the process online for a washer and dryer. Waiting for my delivery so I won’t speak on that just yet, but the customer service was great! This lady named Marissa helped me over the phone and went over and beyond. Customer service is HUGE for me. She went over and beyond to help me out, called me back when she said she would and worked with me. Pleasant voice over the phone AND in person. I don’t normally do reviews but I had to go out my way for this one.
