I came across this business in search of a Perfume Chick distributor. I placed my order on Wednesday and received my order two days later. The shipping was super fast and my online shopping experience with this business was awesome. I look forward to shopping with Queens Boutique again

Came in the store today about 11:30 and the lady that works there was very unprofessional, disrespectful to a customer. I have seen a place of business act in such a distasteful manner. I not ever return to this store.

Today was my first time visiting this Boutique.I walked in and was greeted politely by the owner.I let her know that I was there to pick up my online order. While communicating about the pick up process, She already had an unprofessional attitude, I’m trying to understand how it works, so while she was explaining, there was some misunderstanding and confusion so the manager got an attitude, stopped explaining the pick up process, and ignored me. I was simply trying to understand the process and was annoyed by her attitude and then ignored while still waiting on 2 items. These items were paid for already, I was just there to pick the items up. I don’t know where the misunderstanding and attitude came from. I was looking around and ready to purchase other items in there until I was treated so rudely and disrespectful. I will never step foot in there again. She said something about someone threatening her, there was no need to threaten anyone. Your store is not that serious and neither was your attitude taken seriously, so sad!
