My first visit was okay.. great pedicure but not so great nails.. personalities were cool so I tipped both ladies $20 each because they were super cool and I had a great week financially.
2nd visit the pedicure lady I wanted wasn't there.. the lady who did my nails did a great job but a terrible job on my pedicure.. I still tipped her well.. very nice young lady.
3rd visit same lady as 2nd visit.. I opted only to get my nails done because I already knew she wasn't good at pedicures.. nails turned out great, I tipped her of course.
4th visit totally different group of VERY young ladies.. nice personalities... the young lady who did my pedicure...AWFUL..
the other girl did my nails...AWFUL.. I tipped them because
1. They are young and trying to work
2. The owner left them in charge to work on his new store in Iverson Mall knowing they weren't experienced enough to handle a store on their own... they were turning away business... the girl who did my nails left in the middle of doing another lady's nails said she had to go pick up her food... came back 30 minutes later after the other girl called her because the client was complaining.
When she was painting my nails with regular polish she said she was going to dry my nails under the UV light so they could dry faster because she was ready to go home. That was an EPIC FAIL.. see pictures.
So I was there 2 hours just to get a shoddy job on both hands and feet.. I had to redo BOTH the pedicure and nails myself the next day..SEE PICTURES.. their work and then my reworking of both. ?
I'm certain most of the girls in that shop have not had any formal training and not licensed.. I won't be back. The special price isn't worth it.

Trying to support Black businesses, I went to this establishment to have my feet done. Three women on site, one working on a client, the other two doing nothing. Sat down waiting ten minutes the two did not move. I went two lights down to the Chinese and got seated immediately. SMH!

Lashes only lasted four days before they started falling out. I was greeted by unprofessional staff when I returned to get them fixed. The same person that did my lashes did not have the best attitude because she had to fix them. Needless to say, I went somewhere else the next day and got new lashes and will not be returning back there again.Service: Eyelash extensions

Dropped in and was serviced immediately by Niesha. She has a sweet personality and was very professional and knowledgeable. The decor could be better but the staff was very nice on Mother's Day eve. I don't usually trust nail salons but I will be returning for Niesha.Service: Pedicure

While the customer service was pleasant. The service for nails and a pedicure should not take four hours on a slow morning. The shop is not clean and it’s a bit overpriced. They also have no price list which is considerate of customers.Service: Nail art
