By far the worst service I have ever ATTEMPTED to use in my life. Rude , I would've simply said that they have bad customer service but on my second call attempt to have my car removed the owner was just that RUDE ! My first call was placed at 10 AM, My last was at 11:30 pm ! In all I attempted 6 times to have my car removed and every time there was a different lie , I was told we are close 3 times and the last call I was told they came to my house but I did not answer the phone. When asked the color of my car I was hung up on and blocked. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY WILL NOT RESPECT YOU OR YOUR TIME.
