Great experience. They took great care of my car. Friendly and provided excellent customer service. They were detailed and patient with educating me on what work was needed on my car. A female was working on my car too and I thought that was just the coolest thing ever. The only place I will go for my oil change!

The service at Jiffy Lube was excellent. I was there for an oil change. I pulled up and the service tech got my car information . There was another car ahead of me ,but It didnt stop the flow of service. I was in and out within 30-40 mins. I will be going back formy next oil change.

I was please with the service and how well they worked to get us in and out and had a welcoming experience and feel that you would definitely want when getting your car serviced I see myself going back in the future only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star it’s just always room for improvement with any company

I was calling around for a oil change and everybody was to busy , not polite so I decided to try jiffy lube and Darrly answered and when I asked about the oil change he said we are waiting on you. He was very pleasant and when I arrived I was free by Reggie who was just as pleasant and helpful. I will be back . Thanks Guys y’all made my day

Took my car there for a oil change and they first had my tire flat when i left and my coolant was leaking and wasn’t leaking before then when i took it back to tell them about the coolant leak they said they had nothing to do with it and now my oil is leaking and they took all the air out my tire again

Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything that I needed done. I had to ask for staff to top off my fluids and the manager made sure that everything was in working order before leaving and I appreciated that.
