Overall, my experience at this salon was an absolute nightmare. From the unprofessional and rude staff and lack of hygiene, I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and find a salon that actually values their customers and can deliver the results they promise.

Called yesterday and made appointment For the next day at 2pm. No one was there when I got there at 2pm and the door was locked. When I called she said oh its 2pm already. I'll be there in 10 min but took way longer so I left. Would never go there again!Service: Hair extensions

I got my hair done there yesterday 2 layer feed in braids with a bun on top. And the Quality of the work was a 5 on a scale from 1-10. And than on top of that I was there for 12 hours. My hair appointment was at 9am and Fatuo showed up at a little after 10am. I didn't leave until 9:41pm. And than on top of that she stopped half way into my hair to do a women's hair that just wanted 4 braids. I was very disappointed

I came in to get my sew in taken out and the stylist cut my hair at the top instead of cutting the thread. Fatou told me I came in that way, im making an excuse not to pay, and her stylist was a professional. So am I!!!! She took a nice chunk out and told me us Americans have to work cause we cant keep a man and we depend on taxes. Very VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!! The shop is ran down, they was rushing every person who entered and the styles were not legit at all. They dont care, VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be taking them to court.
