Poor customer service from the lady at the register. She was rude, impatient and loud. She doesn’t have the skills, knowledge or experience to work with customers. Her poor attitude shows how she chooses to represent the company. She shouldn’t be working with customers as she showed unprofessional behavior and lack understanding, and compassion for others.

Keisha, store employee, Extremely nasty behavior. Keisha stood in the center of the store shouting, using very obscene language, and flailing her arms around. The assistant manager and other employees tried to calm her down, to no avail. Keisha was clearly directing her anger at a customer who asked for her assistance. She lacked self-control and was very hostile. I was so shocked by this Irrational and psychotic behavior, I left the store without shopping. I will never go to Family Dollar again.Why would someone like this get hired to work with people?

Very dishonest customer service, they told me false return policy, the policy says we can return items within 30 days with receipt cab be returned bu5 they said exchange items only but the is if we lost the receipt.I went to this store to return item within 30 days I have the receipt in my hand ,but they told me no return.Family and friends who is walking to family dollar becareful, now even family dollar is not cheap, their items are expensive than Walmart.Pleased watch out.

I counted 14 people in line and only one cashier on the day before Valentine’s Day. Poor planning and lack of customer support. Where’s the management????

This was my first time at this store and I went to buy a Febreeze plug in refill, and I didn’t notice that the glass had broke but it wasn’t dripping until. I later then opened it and I noticed and then it started dripping so I decided ti go back and return the item. The lady that works there claims I was lying about it being broke while it was still at the store, she said I was lying because the cashier that atended me didn’t see it algo. But it was barley noticeable. She then said that if I was going to lie, to have a good lie and not look stupid.

This is one of the worst discount stores that I have ever been in. You are greeted with the worst store music ever! It's too loud and vulgar. But one of the cashier's seemed to love it.The isles are blocked with boxes and or merchandise. Merchandise is not in its correct place on the shelves. Lots of merchandise not priced.The freezers for frozen foods are empty and out of service signs are on the glass doors. This is not the type of environment that I choose to patronize, so I am taking my business elsewhere!

Great customer service the cashier ALWAYS greet you with a good morning or good afternoon depending on the time of day, my go to store for great prices. I wish we had a family dollar store East of River in DC ward 7 and 8 .

They had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, nice staff ,i tested by asking for a product, they directed me correctly while still stocking up

This was my first time at this store. I had the worse experience of my life. The manager is very disrespectful and rude. I asked for a price check to one of the staff on the floor. She took the item to the front and the manager did the price check. The manager didn't want to tell me want the price was at the beginning. He asked me if I want to purchase it? I asked what is the price. He said $5 dollar I knew he was lying. My friend had bought the same item an hour ago for $1.37. The manager told me. He can sell it to me for $5 dollar. I told him to give it back to me. He refused to give me the item back. I told him that what he is doing is not right. He kept the item and follow me on the store asking me where I found the item. After a while I when were the rest of the Item were and grab 3, and took them to the cashier. I payed $1.37 the actual price. The manager was on the back of the store, and told him that what he was doing is wrong. Show him what I just purchased for the right price at his store. He was very mad ( he argued). I can believe, people like him can be a manager. I was there to give them business not to ask for money. I can take my money where I'm welcome.

It saddens me that this is my neighborhood family dollar. I went into the store to pick up a couple items this evening around 6:20pm. Upon having my items rang up the cashier give me my total. One of the candy items ring for $2.00 which was some lifesaver gummie bears but on the shelve is was showing $1.00. The cashier called the manger to the front we walked to the candy aisle and there hang the lifesaver gummie bears. The manager remove The lifesaver gummie bears from the fixture and said to me very rude there $2.00. I'm a regular customer and feel the adjustment should have been honored. I have 13+ Retail experience and would have never treated my customer this way over a $1.00. I will never shop there again for this reason and this reason along.
