“It was my first time ever going into an Old Navy store or it's outlet. I was really surprised at the array and variety of their merchandise. I was also amazed at the availability they had with larger(plus) sized clothing. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

Made a return and obtained a refund from an online purchase; extremely fast and successful.Great sales throughout the store and items in the required size were a bonus. In addition, I was able to complete a new online purchase to procure the items returned in a larger size at a cheaper price ?.”
“Always have a good experence at this Polo shop. Had an exchange and the sales person was funny as well as knowledable. I wanted a jacket in a specific color but they were sold out of my size so she checked other stores snd had the jacket sent to me. It arrived in a couple of days. Awesome customer service 5 stars!!!”

Update: I went back the next day and they fixed the issue. The cashier the day before didn’t do his job well. Problem solved!”
“This is my local Old Navy & I love this location. It’s always clean and well stocked. The staff is also outstanding. Kayla, Michael, Anthony & Sasha were all SO helpful.Michael and Anthony helped us by grabbing the sizes we needed while we were in the dressing room. Kayla helped me style a bodysuit that I initially felt uneasy about and her guidance really boosted my confidence.Sasha had amazing patience while ringing up all of our items and made us feel so excited to come back and use our super cash.Every time I come to this Old Navy I have a great experience & the staff play a big role in it. I appreciate their kindness - especially as I navigate my post quarantine body. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.”

“Love this UNIQLO! It’s somewhat small/cramped but for the space they fit a lot in. They had a great selection of graphic tees and basics. I love the puffers, they’re very warm and light like a Patagonia. Would definitely come back for basics or some Keith Haring printed tees. It’s inside Union Station so a helpful place to start.”
“Am I the only person that didn't know that there was a kid's foot locker in Forestville? I feel like KFL are few and far between these days, but I'm super happy that there is one close by. So this is located in the plaza across from the mall facing the Target, next to the grocery store. It is pretty big on the inside as it encompasses a corner of the plaza. I was a little taken aback by the fact that they limit the number of folx inside. Guessing there may be a problem with theft. No bueno. Once inside, I had a return and the staff inside were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They were really friendly and had good attitudes. Good to know that I can hop on in anytime to supply my sneakerhead habit.”

“Prices were decent however they need to get their air fixed so I’m taking away one star for that. Long lines but the cashiers are doing the best they can. Polo shirts are $4.99 skirts and skorts are around $9.99-16.99 and long pants are ranged from $13.99 and up. They also have long sleeves and discounted items for 50 percent off.”
