The best customer service I've ever gotten in a Chick-fil-A I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 8 piece chicken nuggets and a large sprite and the food came as soon as i got in the waiting line there was like a 1 minute wait the BEST and I mean the BEST Chick-fil-A in district

Eventhough there's only one line since the other is mobile order only they still move fast. I went for just a milkshake during lunch rush and only spent about 5 min in line.

I don't go to Chick fil a often because of the long lines, but I tried this on a Saturday afternoon. The line moved rather quickly. The order takers were pleasant and efficient. My order was delivered to my car and it was correct!I won't hesitate to come back.The Cobb salad was filling and the mango lemonade was refreshing.

In NeNe voice….the ghetto. It’s sad when you want to support businesses in the neighborhoods you live in but have to put up with lack the of decent customer service, long wait times, low management presence, dirty atmosphere and overall not the usual Chick-Fil-A experience that I am used to.

Just went through the drive thu. Customer service was poor. Got home and the order was wrong. Not going back to this location.

I decided to eat dinner in. My order was swiftly taken and I was greeted. Sadly, the quality of the service deteriorated after that. I had a spicy salad from Southwest. I had the wrong dressing and some of the toppings that were supposed to be on the salad. I ordered nuggets as well, but I didn't get the sauce I asked for. There was no one to address the problems because the person who took my order was off cleaning. To ensure that the order is filled accurately, they must tighten up on quality control.

Never seen a Chick fil A wait times get WORSE after a remodel. I don't even bother with drive thru or mobile thru lanes due to long waits. I go in and pick up and the waiting still long even though I ordered advance and give them ample time. And the customer service has gone down. No greetings or my pleasure.
