I went into the store to paymy bill the young African lady got nasty she owed me 22cent change she said I don't haveyour change to give you im go outside to see if I can find it I was heated I told her I'm not going no dam where call the policethe police told her i was right you have to give costumers they change back you have someone like that working in ur store is a disgace to ur company she is going to get smart with the wrong costumers and it is going to be ugly yall better get rid of her now she has a bad attitude and no coustomer service skills how could ur company hired someone like that

BEWARE...This is a third party boost store and the service is terrible...the dark skin girl with the braids and braces claim she the manager but couldn't even answer simple questions..she is very rude and she sold me a phone case,..two days later I realized it doesn't fit my phone and it look used so I go to exchange it, she gone say I couldn't exchange it when it clearly says at the bottom of the receipt that you have 7 days to exchange then she sitting there with nothing to say ...Iam like HELLO!!, don't waste your time with this store they sell you cheap third party merchandise and then say you can't make no return or exchange even with your receipt , and they don't display a sign saying that...that's how there getting over on people.

I went to get an upgraded phone, I was working with one staff member to see which phone I wanted to get as an upgrade... I picked out the phone, I was quoted a price. the other staff is now ready for me. She got the phone I picked out and rang me up... the total was a little more than double than I was quoted. I asked the sales person why the price was higher and she told me that the other staff gave me the wrong price... I just left the store and went to another one, pretty much the identical issue happened... I went to the third boost store and it was the the same price the first staff quoted, so I wasn't given the wrong price... apparently each store makes up their own prices ?SMH
