DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE , I GOT SIMPLE WORK DONE. FUEL PUMP AND BRAKES DONE. I already knew my cluster was broke .. THEY WENT AND DID A WIRE TEST , with out asking . (THAT REQUIRES TO GO UNDER THE HOOD) They lied and said they didn't go under the hood .. They then broke my hose underneath the hood and tried to tape it back ... Leaking out all my antifreeze and say they never went under the hood.. So I took it back they half ass fix it . They didn't buy a brand new piece, so unfortunately the antifreeze is still spitting out smh. i had already spend 600 $ with them and now my car is not working due to them , when I went to get something totally diff fixed. NOT GOOD MECHANICS AND THEY DONT CARE

This place is the worst the mechanics are incompetent the manager is rude and think he scares people but you say something back to him he wants to put you out the shop. I had them replace my window motor they installed it backwards up goes down and down goes up they told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my ac and it was just the ac switch gone bad. Never Never take your car here oh and the way they put my wire back in my door caused it to be sliced by the window. Terrible Terrible!!!

The shop was recommended to me by my sister in law's husband. I need some work done to my car, I provided them with the part and they installed a oil pressure sensor to my car. A day later I noticed that they engine light came back on, but I figured it will go off and it did. Sometimes it would come on and go off. I have a very busy schedule and I no longer live in the PG county area. It's been a couple month but I figured I paid for the work to get done all I ask if you take a look and see what's doing on with it since they've installed the part to my car. I spoked to Mark and ask can they take a look and see what going on with the car. Why is the engine light keep returning. Mark replied and said we can take a look at your car but we'll need 100 to look at it. I'm shocked, I asked Mark why do I have to pay you to look at my car when I've already paid you to fix it? I know it's been a little bit time that since I've been back to the shop. I miss place my paperwork, but I'm pretty sure that they should have a record of my car and the service that his shop provided. The young ladies that work in the retail side of shop are very professional and welcoming when you enter into the establishment. Mark is different story, I'm pretty sure he's a okay guy. Far as customer service and how he do business with previous customers is very questionable to me. I am not paying you any money for you to look at a problem that I already paid you fix. They car probably needs to be reset or doesn't sense that the sensors been fix. I took it to other shop and used they computer to see what the problem is and still says the same thing, oil pressure sensor. If I pay for something else to fix the problem cool but I'm paying for the same thing twice. I didn't like how Mark handle it. So I will not be returning back to that shop to get anymore work done.

So i have brought multiple cars to Forestville Auto. They have always been thorough and fair. Never have i experienced a problem. By chance i have always had work done by Mark who is great at his job. I will continue using them in the future. Thank you !
