Came to this location to do a resident pay a lady with blond locs was the only one in store she couldn’t find the slips for me to fill out when she finally found them she gave me a slip then asked me to step aside because a young lady came after me was in line behind me. Mind you it took all of 2 seconds to fill out slip. Lady was trying to cash child support checks several and she completed that transaction like she came in before me and had me waiting and stated that it was my fault that I didn’t have the slip filled out mind you she does this all of the time. And has the audacity to be flippant with me cause she is incompetent. I come this location all of the time and have never encountered this problem before. She is rude and nasty! She on personal calls Ipad when clearly she doesn’t know how to multitask and it shows. Why is she running an establishment solo if she is not versed on the proper procedures and processes of business. All the Aces do the same thing! My daughter who also uses the same store said she had her waiting 40 minutes she does not know what she is doing! This is ridiculous Ace either needs to train their people better or hire folks that are willing to do their job not just there to collect a paycheck! I am thoroughly pissed!

I was signed up for a prepaid Ace Cash Express debit card by Christinia without my consent.I went into the store to simply cash out a money order. While doing so, I was told that I HAD to fill out a yellow form. I was visibly confused, but did so since Christinia had told me that it was required. While reading the form, I was unsure of what it had to do with cashing out a money order. After assisting me with my money order, Christinia handed me a debit card and brochure. I was once again visibly confused, as I did NOT ask for any such thing to take place.I spent 20+ minutes being redirected by customer service when trying to close/cancel the account. I eventually went back inside the store when I had no luck over the phone. Once inside, I asked Christinia how to cancel the card/account. She gave me pushback. I insisted that I did not want an account. She took the card and brochure back and said “I’ll take care of it” and I walked out. However, I was charged an enrollment fee and bank card loading fee (I have the receipt).I want the yellow card with my information on it to be discarded (Christinia filed it in the black filing cabinet). I want to be refunded for the service that I was misled to believe I had to sign up for (3.50 enrollment fee and 4.95 bank card fee).I have already reported this incident to corporate and the BBB. I also had to email and call corporate so that my information would not be shared with other entities.

If it wasn’t for Christina one of the workers, I wouldn’t even come. Thank God for her, when she is there she works, and get things done. Quickly! Thank you for always serving with a smile in such a hostile neighborhood. Your awesome, Ace is lucky to have a worker as such.
