“Milton ridge is a beautiful venue! The staff were all amazing and so incredibly helpful in planning our perfect day! Their catering team rocked our dinner and several of our guests commented on how great it was in the weeks following our wedding!”
“Spacious and fun for kids. Cool flights served in wine barrel staves! Staff was very accomodating with clearing empty glasses and asking if need anything else. It was no problem for us to move couple picnic tables near a tree for more shade. Would love to bring family back again!”
“Three of us enjoyed a late (1:15) business lunch. Two had salads and were pleased with one minor issue - the tuna in the seafood salad seemed a little dry but the salad was delicious as usual. The third person had the soup of the day, a spicy chicken, which was delicious. It reminded her of a Maryland style crab soup. She also had the Maine lobster appetizer as her entree- the polenta was perfect but the lobster, mostly claw meat, was a little chewy. Service as usual was great - attentive but not intrusive. We will be back.”
“Bluebird was the perfect venue for our wedding a few weeks ago. I don't think you can find a better venue in the Frederick area and our wedding day did not disappoint. The place is immaculately kept and everyone is lovely to work with. We had so many guests comment about how pretty the venue is and we also saw so many of our guests taking pictures around the property, capturing all of the beautiful flowers that we had with a late May wedding. I wouldn't hesitate to book your wedding or event at Bluebird!”

“The Tally Ho is a fun venue. I've been to a handful of concerts there. I like that it's close to Western Loudoun, but still brings in big names like John 5. It's got a great intimate atmosphere and really easy to get to (parking is free). Since it used to be a movie theater back in the old days, the general admission floor is sloped, which is really nice for shorter people to not be blocked by taller people. Bartenders are friendly and they serve a good selection of drinks. There's a burger joint downstairs that sells cheap burgers and fries- good enough to keep you from going hungry. Contrary to what others say, I think the upstairs VIP section is worth the money. It's really nice to be able to sit down and have a break from the crowds. My only complaint is that they could do better on maintenence. Part of the roof looks like it's falling apart, and one of the toilet seats was loose in the bathroom. Still, I will keep coming back whenever a band piques my interest.”
“So my Son, with special needs pops out his lens to his glasses, in the foam pit. The manager Justin says, they clean it out every couple of weeks, but if I want to come in the next morning, before they open to look, he would meet me 45 minutes before the park opens. 1st of all, who does that these days, what an amazing Manager this kid is. He drove in from an hour away, to meet me 45 minutes before his shift started. Then he climbs in the foam pit with me, and starts throwing all the foam blocks out, and ends up finding the lens. Justin is an example of what a Manager, and a kind individual should be. Im so impressed with him, and wanted to tell him, his superiors, and the public, that he is an asset to his company, and more importantly, an asset to this world. Thank you Justin for your generosity, and i highly recommend your jump park, and you, as an excellent employee!!”

“I have gone to Comus Inn for brunch a couple years and there were some recent changes under new ownership. Brunch food and service was great, but overpriced and under portioned (for the price).$5 for a drip coffee is a little crazy even though it was good, and food options are limited but what we ate tasted great.Our cost breakdown was 2 coffees ($10), 1 mimosa ($14), 2 brunch entrees ($35) and a dessert (which was 2 bites for $11), was $74 after tax and before tip.$40 per person is a bit steep considering no left overs and we will be hungry in 4 hours.”
