“Jordan was incredibly honest in saving us money. After fixing our water pump, he recommended a few other things optionally, including brakes, which we asked him to do. Then he wrote back and said when he took the old brake drum off, he could see the brakes were actually better than they first appeared, he didn't need to replace them after all, and he wouldn't charge us at all for that work! We gave him a tip as a courtesy. Our car is back up and running great, and we'll take it to Jordan whenever we have any other issue.”

Scott (The owner) came out and went beyond the scope of duty and spent 20 HOT minutes figuring out how to fix the mirror. Wouldn't take money for the effort. “My stepson gave her 16-year-old daughter a 2009 Volvo C70 that had not been driven in over a year. One short test drive told me there were some serious issues with the car. It squeaked and wobbled and ran rough. So before I'd let my granddaughter behind the wheel I wanted a bumper-to-bumper inspection. I did my research and found out that University Auto was a family-owned business that specializes in Volvos. So I called, scheduled an appointment, and dropped it off.Everyone I met and talked to were extremely friendly and helpful.The owner, Jenny, called me and patiently walked me through all the recommended repairs. It was a long list, as I knew it would be. But there were no real surprises. It was expensive but within the range I expected.I told her to go ahead and do the work. I paid for parts up front.Less than a week later I had the car back and it's running great. My granddaughter loves driving it. And I'm confident that the car is safe to drive.Just so you know, they don't sell tires or do front end alignments. I had that work done elsewhere.Services: General repairs & maintenance”
