Go to any other ups store , the manager here smells really bad , the owner is black but discriminates against his own color , horrible experience wouldn’t go here if it were the only ups store for 100 miles

Went to get a shipping label printed and had the best experience at an UPS store. I don’t own a printer anymore and have used multiple print stores to get things printed. The folks working here were super kind and helpful. Wish more places had people that communicated well and were as helpful as people here. Highly recommend using this store.

I went there to print 1 page in black and white. Process is to email them the file and they charge $3 for receiving/opening and up an email and 0.35 cent for printing a b/w copy.

Shipped a very important package, and it was lost! The clerk Marta was incapable of any assistance , and her only response was “You can call back when the manager gets here!” Perhaps she should not answer the phone, if she is going to be Helpless.
