One of my favorite courses to play. It has a medium difficulty 18 hole course as well as a great executive 9 hole course which is great for beginners or if you’re short on time. Friendly staff and well kept grounds.

Needwood Golf Course in Derwood Maryland sits within the Montgomery County Parks system and offers an 18 hole course that is challenging, very playable and well conditioned. Needwood also offers a 9 hole “executive course” that is an outstanding layout for the beginner or the experienced golfer looking to sharpen their short game. Our practice area offers a driving range, putting and chipping greens. Needwood is just minutes from Rockville, Olney, Leisure World, Aspen Hill, Gaithersburg & Montgomery Village MD.
