I come here every day for lunch from the salad bar on my way home from dropping my kid at school. I almost always have to wait for the bar to be set up, despite the sign saying it's available at 10am. Very frustrating.

I would like to give a shout out to the Pharmacist (Francois) at Giant on Crabbs Branch Way. He worked with me to get a needed medication at a reasonable cost after several failed prior authorization attempts to get my insurance company to approve the medication. I certainly appreciated him going the extra mile.

This is by far the worst pharmacy. They told my grandmother her heart medication was ready 2 days ago. When I went to pick it up (for the second time) it still wasn’t ready. It’s been 2 days that she hasn’t been able to take her medication which is very dangerous for her health. If you need your prescriptions filled in a timely manner, I definitely recommend finding a more reliable pharmacy.

Poorly managed, understaffed, and under stocked. I wasted an hour waiting for a “scheduled” booster shot. The single employee was extremely slow and inefficient; I watched him sift through stacks of paper half the time I was waiting. It’s 2021, literally every process can be expedited by going electronic.Dont waste your time here.

Go to the Walgreens on the Pike for pharmacy instead, a little harder to get to but worth it for customer service and employees that at least try to hide the fact that they don't want to work there. Go to the Giant on the Pike instead for your grocery needs, better customer services as well as aisles with items actually on the shelves and not stacked in the middle of the aisles and in walkways. I understand restocking and renovations take time but it's been more than a year and the store always looks like it just got hit by a bunch of doomsday preppers; if restocking is that hard/ time consuming maybe train the employees that are always standing around and chatting with each other how to ensure labels are facing out. ??♀️

I go there all the time and no issues and convenient and close .The other day I had Bad experience and which was a shocker to me , staff are friendly. It was raining and I had brought with me a cart from the parking lot and came in saw that there was no spray or paper towels to wipe the cart down with . I i asked the staff which she was sitting or resting N1 of the electronic's chairs for handicap (short with glass Caucasian )and asked if she had spray or paper towels to wipe the cart down and she said i don't need spray or towels because all carts are clean and i said i pulled the cart from the parking lot , so its not cleaned and rolled here eyes at me left that day . Not only because of the covert 19 but it was raining pretty hard and I think if should have been available

I've been here to this supermarket and thought it was acceptable in the past, though I was never impressed with selection. However, today I saw three staff members wearing masks low over their mouths, not covering their noses, two of which were handling food. One of the three was handling raw vegetables and was wearing disposable gloves and stopped to sweep the floor with broom and dustpan and then resumed handling raw uncovered vegetables without changing gloves. I would think during the COVID 19 situation handling food safely would be a priority.

I only came here to pick up a few items - fruits, veggies and milk. I was able to find what I needed - got some grapes (trying the cotton candy ones again - in the plastic case), baby carrots (wished they were a little bit smaller in size) and milk (they didn't have much selections to choose from). I didn't interact with any employees (the ones I saw were more near the check-out areas - didn't see any walking about the store). I checked out my items using one of their self- check-out lanes, so it was quick. I don't usually come here to do my main grocery shopping - only visit to pick up a few items if I am near the area.

They deserve a 0.1 for current service. Things were better 1 year ago. Now I call mulitple times with simple questions. They send my call to other departments rather than answering my question. Think going in will resolve issues? Their techs and pharmacists will lie to you about times and availability unless you come in in the morning. Go in the morning and they will fill the item in 30 minutes whereas the evening crew tells you they can't find your rx or the rx is unavailble to order. I get the sense they have employees that don't want to help anyone, just start at their phones.

Really clean grocery store. This reminds me of Winn Dixie in Miami, Florida. There have many discounts and sales on selected food and items. My Mom came to pick up several items for her house to cook and I tagged along. I really love their green seedless grapes which I picked up a pack. Giants also has a rewards and savings card for groceries and gas for your car. They have the bakery where you order cakes and etc., deli where you can purchase sliced sandwich meats and etc. They also have customer service where you can take care of other businesses for your needs. I will visit again soon.
