I normally don't post reviews & keep my opinions to myself. I fine it necessary to post a few comments.Receptionists at the front counter are great! Helpful!Our community sustained a tornado this year in which two of our vehicles were damaged. Our insurance company recommended Wayside.The experience with this body shop wasn't good. Both vehicles took several weeks to have body shop repairs. That's probably normal. But the quality of repairs was inferior. One vehicle was returned with all manufacturer emblems removed & not replaced. They were not damaged post tornado. What happened to them? Very strange.Both vehicles later were found to need additional work due to the body shop reassembly process. Our mechanic was able to take care that.Living through a EF-3 tornado was bad enough but having to deal with this kind of business was very disheartening.

We had our bus taken care of, They were very fast on body work. I was shocked how quick they fixed it. Burtons takes months they took two weeks!

I never would have guessed my family and I were going to be stranded at Wayside Body Shop in Denton, Maryland. But we were. I am currently writing this at 9pm, driving home from the beach with my family, with a tire freshly patched by the most amazing employee (I wish I knew his name but we didn't get a chance to exchange information). He went above and beyond to help us patch our quickly-deflating tire that was not going to last us our 80-mile journey back home, all on a Tuesday night way past his regular working hours. My family and I are so, so thankful for his kindness, compassion, and understanding and hope that he knows the impact he has made on us!

If i could give negative I would. 2 week job a month later. Aaron told me I can get my vehicle back on 7/4/23, Who's open 4th of July? Got my vehicle with my high end audio wires ripped out. They lied saying they didn't touch the seats or move anything. It was very clear they touched and moved seats. Customers beware I'm out 2 hours and multiple hundreds of dollars.. Run fast and far! Paint specks they were supposed to fix not fixed, Grease on my seats, black spots all over my roof, their techs ate and spilled sticky stuff all over a brand new amp installed the day it was dropped off. They ripped out high end rca cables out of a amp,Service: Painting

If zero stars could be given that would be the review. We can’t encourage anyone enough to never use this business. Our truck was damaged at the Chevy dealer and they took it to this body shop for repairs. What should have been an easy paint repair on a bumper turned into a nightmare. They obviously did not prep the entire bumper for paint, which caused a chemical reaction, bubbles and dirt in the paint. They then tried to say that our brand new vehicle must have just had a rusted bumper and pass off excuses for sloppy work. The vehicle was left to correct the job. When it was finally completed the vehicle had over 20 miles on it, 1/8 of a tank gone of fuel. A back window was left open and cracked, grease on the seat, and food crumbs and salt on the seat.Do not use this shop and avoid sloppy work, excuses, and your vehicle being run for joy rides and lunch runs.

If you have the misfortune of having no choice but to go there… DO NOT PAY WITHOUT INSPECTING THE WORK DONE 1st. Dropped my car off on May 4th, was told it would be ready in a week. . Was not ready until May 23rd. Went to pick up and was asked to pay without my car being anywhere in sight. I asked if I could check it out before making payment. One glance and I noticed the door didn’t close all the way. when I mentioned it to Aaron the estimator, he tried telling me it was bc the gasket was new and that with time it would close all the way bc of the gasket needing to be worn down some..I wasn’t going to accept that answer so he took my car back to fix it. Aaron also informed me, after questioning why there was a scratch on my door handle that they reused the original handle and my mirror cover. Close to a $4,000.00 bill for a door replacement and parts were reused. Kevin the manager did not think it was a big deal to tell his customer that their car was ready and have the car In fact NOT be ready upon arrival. 1.5 hours I wasted there not to mention leaving work early to ensure I be there before their 5 o’clock closing. And when asked, are you even going to offer me an apology for this inconvenience? Received a “I thought I already did”.Service: Body & Trim

I needed my car fixed from 2 different accidents. The front end and the passenger side back bumper. They said it could take up to a month and it was done in 3 weeks. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed and my car looks great! I was updated threw texts which was convenient. My insurance picked this place because it was close to where I live but they did a great job! I am very happy with the job!!

Don’t waste your time here. I dropped off some parts to be painted, was given a price and left them there with a one-week supposed turnaround time. I called them after two weeks, only for them to say they were not going to do the work. Wasted my time. When I picked up the parts, they never said one word to me. No apology at time of pick up. Very poor customer service. Not to mention the parts were scratched, the y were brand new. ?♂️

They did a great job fixing our car after an accident. The people were very friendly and I was very surprised that they also took the extra step and cleaned the inside of my car! My only negative comment would be that once I dropped it off, I didn't hear anything from them for a week. I called to check on it and it was ready. But other than that, I would highly recommend them for any auto body work you need done.

This shop claimed they had the part available for my car even though they did not have it (replacement door). This happened for about three weeks before they admitted that the part was not coming in. Perhaps worse than that, they claimed that my insurance canceled the ticket and it would take a week or more to work with the insurance company again, but when I talked to the insurance company, they clarified that the shop can submit new information immediately, without a wait. After the repair was finally “complete,” the door lock didn’t work at all. I had to go through the driver’s side door to unlock the passenger side. They wanted me to wait to have that repaired too, so I took it to another shop and had it fixed immediately.

Had my truck for two months, ridiculous, If I could of given them less than 1 rating I would, hope I don't ever have to use them again, promised to keep me updated lies, I had to text and call them, again ridiculous. Wayside use to be one of the best years ago, now too me they are the worse, rubbish.
