Why do we keep getting automated calls that RX is ready when it's notWorse yet, you can't get humans on the phone to confirm and when you show up to get the RX you're treated like a nuisance.Pitiful.

Great job by the pharmacy staff and particularly the pharmacist who administered vaccinations to my family on Sunday. The experience was very smooth. The pharmacist was very attentive and answered everyone's questions

This store has so much room for improvement. The staff is rude, and never gives you correct information. Went to pick up my daughters insulin, they told us they had no Rx for it. That it had went to another store. However we had a voicemail telling us it was ready at the legion road location. The next day they sent messages saying they needed insurance information. Called gave it to them and said that she wasn’t active, I told her we had just used it. She was rude and argued with me. Called over to Walmart to have everything moved and “magically” Walmart has her as active. They are so rude and not helpful. Retraining or trading at all would be helpful!

I went yesterday to get my prescription yesterday and of course there is a sign in the drive threw saying no pharmacist on duty. This is the 4 or 5th time this has happened in the past 3 or 4 months. I only go once a month. Its ridiculous that you can't get medicine thats already filled because theres no pharmacist on duty. I miss rite aid so much. After it went to Walgreens it's horrible. This place has went down hill so much. Not only that be ready to sit in the drive threw line for a while. I've hit the button so many times when I know they see me but they wait till the line is 3 or 4 cars deep to come over and help. I've had enough and I am going to Walmart pharmacy. This one is a joke. I used the Walgreens in Easton when I lived there and never had any problems it's just this Walgreens.

Its a pharmacy, a place for health products… why are the employees always smoking cigarettes outside where customers walk by and park? Why dont they ever answer the phone? Why do you wait on them at the pharmacy counter or drive thru window for 5-10min’s every single time while they ignore you? Why does it close for a lunch break when you could just tier lunch breaks and keep it operational - this is the 1/2hr everyones smoking outside together!! Why would a national company allow a branch to run so miserably and do nothing about it? This place sucks, Im changing to Walmart - I highly recommend you do the same!

Room for improvement, but overall what you'd expect from a chain drugstore. The pharmacy can become very busy at times and appears understaffed - be prepared to wait at peak hours. Staff is friendly.

I have used this Walgreens pharmacy multiple times. They don't always answer the phone, their prices are way too high and they are not helpful with insurance. Go across the street to Walmart pharmacy. Better prices by far, super helpful with insurance questions/problems, and they are good at communicating.

Only posting one star because I can't post ZERO. I could go on and on but I'll try and keep this short. I get my grandmother's medicine from this pharmacy. They are a HUGE inconvenience. Call to refill, no one answers the phone. Your on hold for EXTENDED times for no reason THEN HUNG UP ON AND HAVE TO CALL BACK JUST TO WAIT AGAIN . They don't believe in answering phones I guess. And they are very rude and nasty. Not kind and concerned especially when a medication is an urgent need. But they will call you and bug you 20times in a day for "reminders" on meds you dont even take anymore or to pick your meds up if your a day late. When you need them they are not willing to help you. I was told they couldn't contact the dr for me for a refill..um sense when.. isn't that your job.. yes it is. And after speaking to the manager it was done so their staff is also not properly trained. They are lazy and will do anything to not help you. I waited and waited many times for them to help me, them to answer the phone.One day i was literally on hold over and hour called back same thing i had to drive to the store and i asked why no one answered the phones she said they didnt ring.. um are you kidding me. Id say their automated phone system is the ABSOLUTE WORST. So frustrating. I have had over 50 bad experiences and I am not exaggerating. I could go on all day.Today was my final straw I made sure they knew they lost a customer and we will not use them anymore. The store is just unacceptable all around as well , when I walk in and there's customers in the store but 3 or 4 staff members out front smoking. Literally right by the front door... laughing and joking so unprofessional. While customers inside need help. I understand people need smoke breaks, But must all the Staff go at once? And right by the FRONT DOOR WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE COMING IN AND OUT OF? It is simply not a good look or professional. Denton md walgreens.. DO BETTER. Please stay away and do not use them for the pharmacy! Use your local ones or even Walmart has to be better than here!

While there may be a lot of bad reviews about the pharmacy, the young girl at the front checkout helped me tremendously with me and my baby today was so appreciated more then she even knew, I never write reviews but just want to say thank you even though you will probably never see this. I needed her today . That is all

Waited 45 min for my vaccine even though i had an appointment. Then after rushing me back and jabbing me in my arm the pharmacist tells me "ok you can go now". I'm pretty sure im supposed to wait 15 min in case of side effect but...Ridiculous
