Michael at the Denton store helped my husband and I purchase and set up new phones as we've been needing to upgrade for a while. He was very professional and explained everything in detail so we understood each step of the way. He had us in and out in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Ran in to grab a new phone pretty late in the day. Met Michael and as the many reviews point out, he was exceptional! Very knowledgeable about the phones and differences, fantastic at making sure you understand ALL your options so you're not just buying whatever and missing promos, very easy to talk to and keeps the process smooth. He even stayed late to make sure I was all set-up on the new phone before I left. He's a stellar example of customer service! Looking forward to coming back and with friends. Thank you Michael!

Erin was so helpful today. She helped me to add a line for my son. Then she helped me to upgrade my phone and I am so happy with the results. My payment is actually going to be lower now then it was with my old phone. Erin was very efficient and knowledgeable about all the sales and deals that Verizon currently has. I am a satisfied customer and will definitely be bringing Erin more business in the future.

my visit to Verizon today was very very productive. CJ was a very intuitive individual that helped me out greatly and got me exactly what I wanted and needed. I wanted to thank him for everything he did and the process was a long one, but he made it very enjoyable.
