Michael at the Denton store helped my husband and I purchase and set up new phones as we've been needing to upgrade for a while. He was very professional and explained everything in detail so we understood each step of the way. He had us in and out in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I had an awesome experience with Michael today at the Verizon store in Denton, MD. He is very good at switching over my phone and very quick and helpful. Very polite and he needs a bonus!!!
