We bought our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica from Preston and And from day one we've had awesome service from the transaction and buying the Van With the sales representative And also the finance department all the way up-to-date with the service department bringing it in each time for Routine maintenance oil changes They do an amazing job and if they ever find anything they fix it right the 1st time unlike some other shops I've been to in the past Everyone is Is super nice Will continue to be customers for years to come.

I brought my truck in to Denton Ford for detailing. They did a great job. However, I had to bring it back because they forgot to do the truck bed. Also, I forgot to get my glasses out of the truck, 2 pair of sunglasses and one pair of special reading glasses. They can't seem to find them and I am positive that they were in there when I dropped off the truck. So, if you are reading this, be sure to take EVERYTHING out before you leave your vehicle for service.

I made an appointment to fix the transmission cable and gear shift lever recall and to do a oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 11:00 am today so I dropped my car off because they told me that they had only 2 mechanics , I asked the time the vehicle will be done and she told me between 1 & 2:00 PM. I called at 1:30 pm and a gentleman told me that my car is not ready yet, but it will be ready between 2:00 & 2:15 PM, a friend dropped me at the Dealership at 2:00 PM and my car was at the same spot it was when I parked this morning. They hadn't even touch it!. I told them that was bad customer service. A lady who stated She was the service manager, needs to be retrained on customer service . What do customers like me expect from a business? Most of all, I expected the business to provide me with a product or a service that solves our problem and meet our needs. We want to be treated with respect, because if we feel that they are not being given the attention we deserve we will go someplace else. This includes everything from how employees and Managers speak to customers like myself.

My husband had a 4:00 appt & didn't get his truck taken back till 5:45. My son had a appt put on books at 8 he dropped it off before they opened to pick up after work.. They hadn't even done it when he got there at 4:30! It was 5:30 before they took his back that's ridiculous!! she said they were busy. My question is if I said I was busy & had no time to go to the bank to pay them would that be ok w them? Ridiculous! Not goin back there either of us anymore!! Done!!

I was apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews,but decided to take a chance that things and people change. I had my wife drop off my truck for a recall issue that needed to be fixed and was pleased to find that the people there were friendly and professional. The issue was fixed on time for me to pick it up on the way home from work. I like to think I can count on them in the future for service or new vehicles.

Excellent experience. Bob,Mike and Henry are the very best at what they do. Got us in a great car for a great price. It’s nice to know there is a dealership out there that still go that extra mile. It means a lot to know we are treated as a valued customer and not just a number. Will definitely be a return customer.

Mike Burton and his team were amazing! They were able to get us a great deal on a new 2019 Ford Edge, that literally no other dealership on the shore could even come close to offering us. They were kind, professional and very patient with our toddler during the entire process. We definitely will be going back when it's time to purchase another vehicle in the future!

They really helped us out in a tough situation. We were on our way home from the beach. My car started vibrating and was extremely loud while driving over 40 mph. I recently purchased new tires from a tire shop nearby my house. It turns out the other shop failed to fasten the lug nuts on TWO of my tires. We were lucky one of tires didn't fall off while driving. Luckily they were able to fix my car within a few hours. They even let our 11 month German Shepherd escape the heat. The price seemed reasonable and we got home safely! Phew. Thank you!
