Always friendly, always helpful and always under-staffed. Recently opened 2 substantial accounts and the friendly lady was so discombobulated that one of those accounts didn't have the money deposited in it as instructed. Upon discovering this, we called immediately and the correction was made. When it comes to money & banking, there's no room for errors. 3 stars is being mighty generous.

Makes no sense for me to have to pay a 2% few to cash a PNC check. It is literally from this bank, maybe if I took it to another bank I would understand. But this is just theft.

I want to give 0 star but I can't do it. Branch manager Brian ignores people when they have problem and Debra customer specialist she mess up your schedule and cost you money. Stay away from the bank. Shore United Bank just next to the bank is better and professional. This Branch represent PNC bad way!

We were very impressed with Holly at the Denton PNC branch. She went above and beyond to assist us. Holly was actually more help than the representatives through PNC Telephone Banking were. Holly was very friendly, professional, and personable. Give this young lady a promotion and raise!!!

DO NOT waste your time with Notary here. They will charge you if you don't have an account and will then ask you what type of document (it's actually none of their business)/ only to tell you “we don't do that†Was referred to a store in Denton who said the bank does this all the time “apparently they can't witness anything†Learn your job, do what you are supposed to or stop advertising that you have a notary. A notary's job is to witness a signature. The type of document is not their concern!

I don't have any real issues with PNC. The few times something has gotten messed up they fixed it right away. Everyone has always been very nice
