Only 1 employee on the floor. She was trying to help us, when another customer needed help. She was not very educated on the question we had, but she did try. Hard to get help with only one person working the store.

Very nice employees, good selection of all varieties of animal care. Has every brand and very common discounts on a lot of products. Was not 5/5 stars since the harder to find animals have unforseen expectation of arrival times, they can't do anything else about it. But mainly not on Petco's fault. Just a slight let down.

Petco of Denton MD. Poor pet management and customer service. Store manager Tim does not care about customers, would not recommend for pet purchases (fish and animals).
