I bought a brown 2015 Toyota Tundra limited. After about 6 months of searching for the combination of a great Tundra at a great price, I found it here. From start to finish my experience was great. Jamie promptly returned my calls, and answered all of my questions. He also thoroughly went over the details of the truck with me. As a naturally skeptical person, I felt comfortable, and most importantly, I felt like he was being honest. I definitely recommend this dealership.

My experience with preston Ford of Denton. Where to begin, how about the two weeks of no contact, or me having to call to find out what is going on, but getting no response for another week, after calling 4 more times and finally having to ask for a manager. Or how about get a quote for repairs for just over 6k then after another two weeks they up it by over 1500 for something that was not even wrong with my car. Or finally getting my car back and the thing I actually brought it there for was not repaired, then I after I brought it back and actually told the people who are supposed to know how to repair cars what needed to be replaced, they instead replaced the gas tank "free of charge" then said it was fixed and it still was not. Or how about the thing that was not wrong with it before, "my radiator" that they claimed to have replaced, except now I can't drive my car because it is overheating. So if you want to get charged a ton of money, for things you likely don't need, that will then not work after it's "repaired" while the things you did need repaired do not get fixed, then come on down to Preston Ford of Denton, and they will be sure to screw you.

I had a very positive experience with Betsey Jallade. She made the whole process enjoyable. She is both professional and personable. Even though Preston Denton is quite far from our home, we were happy to return to this location to purchase our Bronco Sport, not just because what we wanted was in the inventory, but because we wanted to buy from her.

Brandon and James are great, very friendly and no wait to get me checked in. The service was done in a timely manner, Brandon came to me with the recommendation and it was easy to add it to my service without a long wait add. They got me checked out and on my way quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean and nice, they had drinks and snack for you as you waited. I would definitely recommend them for service.

We bought our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica from Preston and And from day one we've had awesome service from the transaction and buying the Van With the sales representative And also the finance department all the way up-to-date with the service department bringing it in each time for Routine maintenance oil changes They do an amazing job and if they ever find anything they fix it right the 1st time unlike some other shops I've been to in the past Everyone is Is super nice Will continue to be customers for years to come.

I was so very pleased with the entire purchase of my new Bronco. Yes I of course had to be patient but when the right one showed up Betsy contacted me and we sealed the deal. I want to thank everyone for all their help in making my purchase experience seamless and quite enjoyable. I absolutely love my new Bronco and would highly recommend Preston Ford of Denton!

I purchased my 2022 Ford Explorer 1/2/2023 and I couldn’t happier with the service that I received. My sales person (Betsy) was extremely nice and have dealt with her before (although I didn’t remember) but nevertheless was treated with extreme professionalism and knowledge on my vehicle that I bought. I had forgotten a few thing in my trade and she was called and handled everything. The service was great. I don’t have any issues other than the length it took to get out of the finance office, with the computers being slow with getting things getting signed. Other than that, great. I highly recommend people going to this dealership. I will definitely be going back if I need another vehicle in the future. Thank you Preston Ford of Denton! I’m extremely happy with my new ride.

30 years and have purchased many company vehicles . I did a nationwide search for a very specific 2020 F250 6.7 Tremor . Betsy at Preston was the only salesperson to get right back to me from the 6 dealerships nationally I reached out to . She is very easy to work with and follows up .What appreciated most was that they work as a team and listen . They did not do a hard sales press . They are a smaller dealership location which made for a more comfortable business environment . I am a direct communicator and they had answers immediately as well as me gave access to the vehicle on the lift , ran all the ford diagnostics . I was impressed by financing manager Bob who was a wealth of information and did not try to upsell me and gave me what I asked for in an extended warranty at a fair price . 7 more years and 140K miles . Mike the GM was very strait forward and fair. I live 4 hours away and was impressed that they would drive the vehicle to my doorstep at no charge. The service department manager and staff was fast and knowledgeable . Well worth the 14 hours of driving over 2 days to purchase and prep the vehicle .

I recently had a wonderful experience purchasing a Bronco from Preston Ford. I worked with Betsy from the beginning. She was so amazing. She answered all my questions and listened to my requests. I put in an order for a new Bronco but was waiting for ford to open up the order bank. Betsy called me weekly to give me updates about the ordering bank and I really appreciated that. Eventually, a different Bronco became available at the dealership and Betsy notified me about it immediately. She knew exactly what I was going to order and she knew that this was almost identical. I was able to purchase the car at MSRP (no mark up for the Bronco like other dealerships). Amazing experience thanks to Betsy! She was a wonderful person to work with and she was greatly appreciated!!

Just purchased a new F250 from Preston Ford of Denton. Our sales consultant was Bob Roppelt. He was helpful from the start. He got us in a truck to test drive quickly and the process was speedy. He answered all the questions we had. When it came to sitting down to buy the truck he gave us a fair deal and worked with us. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. We look forward to working with Bob for any future vehicle needs.

My experience with the salesperson Jamie was truly extraordinary. Because I live several hours from the dealership and was looking for a hard-to-find care (Escape PHEV) all of the negotiation and sale was over the phone and online. Jamie was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly responsive throughout the process, and went out of his way to accommodate me. And I was more than a little bit of a PITA as I was negotiating with two dealerships at the same time, then almost changed my mind completely about the sale after we'd come to agreement. There wasn't a hint of annoyance from him, just a friendly discussion about options that helped quell my ambivalence.
