The entire system not just this branch are impossible to get a hold of no one ever answers I've been waiting for three days to find out what my payoff is the phone number is always in a loop of waiting last two calls and no one ever picked up were 36 minutes a piece and no call back been like this since I got my auto loan through them ill never work with them again

This must be a start up banking service. I believe they try to encourage members to seek other banking options and their services are that of 20+ years ago. When you call, you are on hold (with really annoying music) for a minimum of 1 - 1.5 hours. They don't facilitate the means to pay loans on-line and their account numbers are not recognized by other banks if you try to use another bank to make the payment. I'm tired of hearing the "we are currently experiencing a high call volume...". I have left my number for reserving my spot in line and get a call back - never comes. Do not use this bank. I had no choice for a auto loan, so I'm a bit stuck. If I could give a lower rating, I would.
