“Storage Wise of Delmar, DE is an outstanding facility. We've been clients for approx.
9 years and had 2 large climate controlled units. Don't have to worry about flooding. In the office is Kim and Tammy and they are exceptional, ALWAYS looking out for their clients keeping them informed usually via text or email about new rules/guidelines, reminders, etc. This site has 24/7 access to the units and cameras on premises, as well as a security code box to enter the fenced in area. Well lit for night time. We cannot give them anything less than 5 STARS. Would come back in a heartbeat, though 9 years is a long time to hold onto 2 units. ???❤️?”
“I have had a storage unit at Salisbury storage since 2019 and never had any issues. Management and staff has always been very helpful and friendly. This month I needed to go into a bigger unit and the manager helped me with the relocation on the premises. She made it so simple and easy and worked with my schedule to accommodate my wife and I . “I started off on the phone thinking about how much I was going to want to probably just hang up. But from the time the guy on the other end picked up he was very polite and courteous he told me that everything was going to be okay today he was going to make sure I got everything I needed and he sure enough did. By the time I was done he walked me through the online steps so that by the time he was done with my phone call all I had to do was go to my storage unit and put my stuff in it.

It's nice when someone is looking out for you and not just trying to make the most money that they can. We also got a month free on both units so that was an even bigger bonus! She gave me a window for when they would arrived and called a few days prior to confirm the date and time. The guys who did my bulk trash removal called to let me know their eta, and they arrived right on time. They explained the process to me before getting started and let me know my estimate. They were quick and did great work. I am very pleased with this company.”
