Purchased my first vehicle here, team was exceedingly pleasant and courteous. Shout out to Shawn, who I find to absolutely be a cut above the rest. The world's filled with a lot of conniving salesmen, but Shawn was a breath of fresh air - completely transparent, not pushy, and no crazy fees thrown in at the last minute. Even impressed my mother. In total spent maybe 3 hours at the dealership across the two days I visited. Absolutely recommending to those close to me.

In my 50 years of buying many cars of various brands I have never experienced anything as outstanding as Gateway Subaru. From our awesome salesman, Kevin to their finance staff, to Dawn our Demo Specialist and the Maintenance staff, the Customer Service is Perfect.Gateway Subaru is the GOAT of dealerships!

We just bought our first Subaru and were blown away by the phenomenal service from the initial sales visit with Shawn and Don, to F&I with Zach. It was a seamless experience. I have bought several vehicles from various dealers over the years and this was by far the most pleasant and enjoyable, and a very different atmosphere with no high-pressure sales tactics. 10/10 recommend!

The repair shop at this Subaru dealership did an excellent job with my car. One of the tires had low pressure and they checked all the tires, identified the problem and fixed it. The waiting room is well kept. There are various kinds of snacks and bottled water in addition to coffee and tea. My service was completed in a timely manner and I even got a free car wash. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Gateway Subaru!

My previous repair shop missed a couple important things, so I went to the dealership. The car needed some extra things, so I settled in the customer area to wait. Everything you need to work or be entertained is there. The work was completed quickly and the car sounded and rode great after, so Gateway is my service HQ now.

I attempted to close a deal with Janet and initially the communication was outstanding. I was an out of town buyer. I was able to get a fair trade price on my trade and all the final numbers. I had a question about the unusually high registration fee and we spoke on the phone on Oct 31. She was supposed to contact the Finance office and get back with me. Well I have been waiting for an answer for over a week and guess that the response is not coming. I refuse to beg a dealer to do business with me.

My last two service appointments I was waiting less than an hour for them to complete the service. These were for specific part replacements and not a full service oil change. The staff was curteous and attentive. Thank you.

I was a lifelong Toyota owner. I visited several Toyota dealerships who all had a "market adjustment" that added $4,000 to $7,500 to the MSRP. Not Gateway Subaru. I bought a Crosstrek. It is the nicest car I've ever owned. I love it more every day.

I purchased a used car from Gateway Subaru and within a few hundred miles of owning the car the brakes went out completely. I had specifically asked the sales person if the brakes had been redone and she said they had just reviewed everything in their shop and the brakes had been replaced, which played into my purchasing the car. Now after nearly killing my entire family when the brakes went out completely while on the road, I have a $3500 bill for my brakes to be redone (Gateway sent me $500 as a gesture for a service they should have done correctly in the first place) due to the corrosion on the brake lines. So there are two possibilities:1. The salesperson lied to me2. The service department has no idea what they are doing.I feel deceived and ripped off, but happy the complete loss of brakes didn't cause an accident or kill a member of my family.

I called to speak to someone about the Apple Carplay not working in my 2017 Subaru. The girl who answered the phone decided she knew better than a service tech so I never really got to speak to a tech. On top of that, to get a new head unit installed, she quoted a price of $1,200 to $1,600!!!! These people are rip off artists.

We had excellent service from Shawn, a sales representative at Gateway. He was very helpful with trying to find a vehicle that fit our pricing. I would highly recommend doing business with him.

We went back to the dealership to finalize our cash offer on Ascent Touring vehicle. The car was brought in from PA with 369 mile , pet fur throughout the back area. Car was well used with dirt scratches, white paint and mark on seats and inside door. Motor dirty with pollution and mud on underside and wheel wells. This was Gateways presentation of a new car. When ask for the manager he couldn’t get off his butt to even say hello. In my opinion he needs to get another job. What a shame for this dealership. They need to teach the management team how to present a new car not a demo.
