LOOK NO FURTHER! They are brilliant. If you like professional first class customer service, with a smile. Everyone is extremely helpful. The young lady that answers the phone, Shiloh, who initiated my service, is a gem, she's so kind and goes out of her way to help. When I first walked into their clean office, I was very impressed and was greeted by Jiquae Matthews, he is what all companies want in their business, someone who loves to work hard and very proactive, a good rep for the co. My car was hit badly, EM Collision fixed my car to brand new!, cleaned inside it and everything. I was so pleased. The wait time exceeded my expectations, they care about their customers, they care about your vehicle, gave me back my car in perfect condition. During my wait I called and spoke with the most courteous gentleman, Mr Bob Zavoyna. I particularly noted their names because of my experience during a stressful time, having my car damaged. I highly recommend them!

The Eurshall Miller Team did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. They made it easy to get a quote submitted to my insurance company, kept in constant communication throughout the process, and returned my 2015 Fusion to me looking brand new again! I highly recommend them and will never take a vehicle anywhere else.

Absolutely great service. Done in 4 days and looks like nothing ever happened! Price came in very close to estimate and a pleasant surprise was the truck was detailed inside and out. This is our 3rd vehicle repaired here and would not take our vehicles anywhere else to be repaired.

These people are stone cold CROOKS! I have an itemized estimate from my insurance company showing the reimbursement for the $500.00 deductible. EM charged me an additional $500,00 claiming that the insurance company did not provide the payment even though it is clearly shown on the estimate and in the amount paid to EM. The fight has just begun! I am going to have my car looked at by an independent body shop as I have already discovered evidence that work EM claimed was done was not actually done.

Minor body work resulted in my car being totaled. Way too much unnecessary work and costs were submitted to my insurance company resulting in a total loss.
I instructed my insurance company to not salvage sell my vehicle to that shop.
It just seemed to me to be a total money grabbing sham between the shop and local contractors for my expensive car.
If I had the time to pursue the matter and dispute the conclusions, I would have.

When you walk in, you’re greeted and they are eager to help. I walked in for an estimate. They did it that day and was able to get me in a couple of weeks.They made sure my car was done to look brand new again. First off, the entire staff is pleasant but James was the point of contact for my repair. I came in after having my brand new car damaged and he was awesome through the whole process. He scheduled me right away, even called to give me the option to drop my car off sooner once that option became available, and is fighting the insurance company on my behalf. My cars manufacturer specifically states with the damage done to my wheel, it should thrown out and replaced. The process State Farm wants to use to repair it would jeopardize the structural integrity which isn’t safe at all. State Farm is doing anything to save a dollar but James is really fighting it and I appreciate that. I’d recommend Eurshall Miller to anyone who needs a repair.Services: Wheel alignment
