Having had over a dozen used boats in my 42 years of boating, I just purchased my first NEW boat (Parker 25 Pilot House) and had the pleasure of doing so through Tri-State Marine in Deale. Everyone there was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and determined to make the boat buying experience enjoyable. Our salesman, Mike McGuire, was very attentive to detail, accommodating, stayed in prompt contact with us throughout the entire process, and made it a seamless transaction. Jim, in service, was also outstanding, doing a professional job with installing the items we purchased, and instructing us on every item on the boat. From accounting to service to sales, it was a wonderful experience. Steve D.

Currently driving behind our 215 Freedom on our way to Kent Narrows, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Tri-State marine. Every single person we came in contact with was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! It made the process enjoyable and easy. Cannot say enough good things about Ron. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and excited about our boat. So incredibly easy to talk to and work with. Side note: as a woman, sometimes at dealerships of any kind, my husband is the one who gets most of the questions or attention. Not here. Truly a unique and refreshing experience to be respected, especially with Ron. It’s such an overlooked aspect sometimes, but it truly shows how thoughtful and considerate they all are here at TriState to ALL their customers, and really made an impact on me. Thank you for giving me that experience, and we’re excited to continue to work with TriState! Forever a fan.

I've bought 2 Grady's from Tristate and I am extremely pleased with their performance as they go the extra mile for there customers.There service debt excels in all they do complimented by there great parts dept. and sales staff not to mention there office manager Lisa I would definitely without any doubt continue to buy and recommend them and am confident you will as well Sincerely Steve

I saw a post on the Great Grady website inquiring about Tri State Marine regarding sale of a used Grady ... It reminded me of how easy it was to deal with the folks at Tri State when I purchased a used Marlin there last fall. The salesman Robert Warren was about as easy going as it gets, no pressure and answered all questions pertaining to the boat and directed me to Harvey the service manager for any particulars regarding engines and system inspections. Everything was above board all the way thru the sea trial and finalization of the paperwork. After purchase I had my local Yamaha tech inspect and service the engines and everything was as stated. A pleasure and great place to do business !!

Had a new 60hp Yamaha motor installed at Tri-State Marine last year. When I got the boat back in the water on a Thursday I discovered the electrics had not been connected correctly. Got straight on the phone to Harvey in service and he assured me he would get the matter resolved right away. By the Friday afternoon the issue was sorted and my family and I were able to enjoy our first weekend on the boat. This year took the boat back to Tri-State for a 100 hour service and they got it serviced and ready to go in the exact timeframe they had quoted. I will use Tri-State Marine for all my future service needs.

Salesman thought I was “bit too young” (38 years old) to be buying a 37’ Canyon. Would not answer questions about power options “a couple” and told me to “check the net” if I had questions on Grady whites. Other older salesman shook his head as my girlfriend was confused why I wasn’t helped.

Do not buy anything from tristate marine bought a 2014 Parker 2520 xld for 80,000.00 from here in 2019. They apparently checked both engines and were in great operating condition.Well after 75 hours on water boat had to go in for repairs for fuel system on the one engine after 10 more hours boat still was having issues with fuel system. Also all lower seals in both engines were no good. When I called I got a reply saying oh well you have had boat longer then a year great answer. Not one to usually post something but this I can not just turn the cheek on. STAY AWAY
