I can't say enough great things about the Deale branch and their staff. Lindsey, Maggie and Alex have all been very kind and patient with my elderly father who is a regular customer. I don't think I've ever received this level of amazing customer service at any other bank I've ever done business with.

Charles was amazing. We had to change a few things with our accounts, he made it an effortless and enjoyable experience. I’m very impressed. We will be using more M&T products on the future. Thanks Charles!

Karrie & Lindsey @ the Deale Branch are THE BEST!!! So very helpful and attentive to their customer's needs. Highly recommend this branch over all others in the area!!
