I have an older vintage Pontiac that just wasn't running right. Chip diagnosed the issue. Made a couple other needed repairs --- all with economy and safety in mind‼️Car running better than ever. Awesome, local small business. Performed maintenance on my other vehicles. Friendly. Professional. Recommending to all my friends and associates in the area!

If you need to get your car fixed and want to trust your mechanic on telling you the truth and not overcharging you this is the place to go. These guys are great, you need to call ahead and make and appointment. They have an overnight drop box for your convenience. The prices are fair and if you don't need it they will not try to sell you on it. It is hard to find places like this anymore.

We were heading to the dealership to change our tires when we got a flat and turned into knollwood to see if they could help. The man who greeted us came out to look at the car immediately, identified the puncture and plugged it so we could continue to the dealership to get the car service. Because of his help and incredible service, we got back on the road within 10 mins and he wasn't even going to ask for payment. I very much appreciated knollwood's and would recommend to others.

Stop reading this. No really, stop! You see the only thing wrong with Knollwood is that too many people know how great they are to work with. The shop is led by people with a combination of competence and a willingness to genuinely look out for their customers. In my case, that included their suggestion that I go to a shop specializing in exhaust work for part of my needs. That saved me about 2/3 of what I would have had to pay Knollwood because of their ability to weld in a generic catalytic converter instead of replacing a large assembly.

Knollwood Automotive is one of the best if not the best shops to take your car to for maintenance, repairs, or aftermarket parts changes in the Howard county area. Straight forward, honest, fair pricing, and good quality work.
