Went in for some scrapes and a missing panel on my front bumper. Tim assessed the damage. He ended up fixing the scrapes for free and gave me a great price on replacing the panel. He was able to order the part and fix the panel the next day. I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

Don't have much good to say about this place except that they've done their job with my vehicle. Went there because of Emily Kendall's recommendation but it wasn't any cheaper than other estimates, and was made to wait every time I went there without proper greeting or a decent place to sit. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth and makes you wonder why one would ever go back there or recommend anyone else.

I have not used his service yet but wanted to comment on the soundness of his advice. My son wrecked a Highlander and took the car for Joe to give an estimate. The car was repairable but he counseled us to take the insurance money to upgrade to a lower mileage car and let this one go. For someone in the business of repairing autobody it was a pleasant surprise that he made this recommendation. Ended up being a good decision as we found the same car with 100K less mileage and have not looked back. Need some minor work done on the "new" car and will be taking it to him for this work.

Tim Stedman gave 3 times 3 estimates. He is unable to give the final estimate. He has half knowledge. My advise is don't go to this bodyshop.

What wonderful people! Bell's gave us a very reasonable estimate for front bumper repair when my wife drive over a curb and the bumper was separated from it's fasteners. Bell's gave me an estimate and urged _me_ to order the parts and fix it myself! How many body shops would do that? They also offered other options for fastening the existing bumper and options for the parts. I would choose them over competitors just because they have my interestests at heart.

Tim gave me an estimate for repairs to two age and aestheitc issues with my car, not accident related. He offered two options for each issue, clearly explaining the advantages and disadvantages, and was genuinely interested in saving me money. Tim's expertise and honesty are invaluable.

came by to get a quote around 8:30, office was open but there was no one inside, the guy in the shop saw me through the window but straight up ignored my repeated knocking and calling out to him. very rude
