“I own my own business, Peake Mobile Marine. When I see the owner, Marcus, go above and beyond it reminds me of what I do. It was our first snow storm of the year last week. On Tuesday, at 545pm I called his business because google said his business was open until 7. He answered my call and said that even though he had picked his son up early from school, he was willing to come back to the shop and meet me at 630 PM in the middle of a snow storm to help me out with my tire.I spent an hour hanging with Marcus while he worked on my rim to get the corrosion cleaned off. He drove 35 minutes in a storm to come and help me because his business hours were listed until 7pm even though he was already home.We need more people like this in the world. “I stopped by last minute because I had a slow leak in my tire that I couldn’t figure out what was causing it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the two gentlemen at the front desk, even though they looked busy they were happy to take a look and try to help. They quickly figured out it was a small nail that was causing the issue and it was repairable. They had me in and out and back on the road in less than an hour despite everything else they had going on. I try and give small businesses my business when I can and I will likely be back here when I’m ready to replace all four tires due to their professional and kind demeanors and quick and reasonably priced service.”

“My son took my daughter’s car in and had a good experience over all. My rating is 4 stars, because he had an issue with the lady at the front desk. She told him they would not do an alignment and did not check with her manager first. This was an issue, because I called when they opened to find out the latest he could take the car in for an alignment and to have four tires replaced. She refused to honor this until she heard me on the phone. Yes, I was livid. Kudos to the mechanic and manager! Per the information received when I called, my son did not get there until after 3:00 p.m. and everything was completed in a couple hours. Her car drives much better now (no more shaky stirring wheel or hydroplaning) and the price was reasonable. I have only been to Chaney for this service, but other family members and friends have used them for various services and recommend them as well. I will be a repeat customer!”

“Stopped here to have a leaky tire checked to see if reparable. The manager I spoke to as well as all the technician were kind and friendly. They seemed to be having a good time at work which is always a good sign to me of people who will do a job well. They tested my tire and found the leak, offered me a replacement without being pushy at all, told me to think about it, and topped up the air in my donut. Extremely efficient, kind, they seemed like they cared about making sure my donut was safe and I would be ok. Means the world as a younger woman walking into a mechanic. 10/10”
