I had an excellent experience with SMC Services, the auto mechanic shop in town. Took the ProMaster in because the rear doors would not open. Service Advisor texted me and said lock was broken and cost $1,490 to repair. Wasn’t really feeling that. Took to local shop and they showed me the position the interior safety latch should be in and doors operated perfectly fine. INCOMPETENT to say the least. Attempted robbery. Sent a message directly to the dealership and never hear a word back.

Scott did a great job of fixing my vehicle when it had major problems. I am confident that his repairs made my vehicle safe to drive. His work was quick and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality work. And the prices are reasonable as well! An all around great experience!

We needed a state inspection to get the title and register our vehicle. SMC was very accommodating and got it done the same day.

They quickly located and order the correct hitch for my car and then installed it. Communication was great, they were helpful, on-time, and straightforward. I'd happily deal with them again.
