Mid-Atlantic Outdoor Equipment is the best. Jason Wood in service was able to locate all the needed parts on my old gas Makita Leaf Blower. He did not give up finding the outdated oil filter! The service Team did an excellent job with my Makita repair and tune up !!Thank you Jason and Tge Service Team at Mid-Atlantic Outdoor Equipment!

I would rate this even higher if I could. I've found them to be very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable when it comes to selecting and servicing lawnmowers. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought 3 chainsaws in for repair. Jason was VERY helpful and friendly. We spoke a week or so later and determined that they were too damaged and not worth the cost of repairing. He also suggested good chainsaws to purchase that would fit in my budget. I very much appreciated a service provider that did not try to get me to pay for unnecessary or costly repairs. As a result, I trust them for any service I may need in the future. I live an hour away from them, but will most certainly return for any service I need.

I've been here a few times to get work done on my mower. They are fast, professional, friendly and helpful. They were able to get some work done on my mower under warranty by cub cadet. They offered to pick up and drop off my mower which saved a ton of time. I'll hopefully be a long time customer (and hopefully won't have to use them for repair often)

Mid-Atantic is all about customer service. I've have several pieces of equipment serviced by them and I must say I'm a customer for life. No matter what time I walk-in Jason is always there to serve with a smile. He never let's me leave without explaining what is going on with my equipment. I'm so glad I have found a shop not just for service but for equipment purchase great inventory and selection including competitive prices ? ? ?

I took my lawn mower there for an emergency repair not knowing they even did repairs. I will never use another service provider. I am now a loyal customer and will bring my lawn mower there whenever I need service. When the time comes to buy new equipment I'm going there. They were amazing to work with and I can't say enough good things about them.

I can’t say enough about my experience here. I came in to see if they had a spark plug for my snow blower (which fortunately they did). But being that I was third in line I expected a wait; however while I was waiting the store manager not only quickly repaired someone else’s machine, but when the other customer present expressed an interest in wanting to be able to repair their own machine, he took the the time and effort to take them back into the shop and show them how to repair it their issue; and was back to me in minutes. Excellent service and quality, would absolutely reccommend.

Yes, it's the Cub Cadet product quality, bumper to bumper warranty & afforded support that are extremely important BUT... It’s the actual "Cub Cadet Dealer" and their respective associate’s whom make the personalized difference when it comes to answering one’s many questions and the actual sale of a product that you may be interested in purchasing.As with most people when looking to purchase a quality $3K+ Riding Lawnmower, we narrowed our list to Cub Cadet & John Deere. We do our research, read the many reviews & try to come up with a high quality Riding Lawnmower that fits our needs within our budget, fully recognizing that for the most part that you get what you pay for as we try to find that right balance between quality, cost, performance & warranty, as well as mfg. & dealer support, for a Riding Lawnmower that we plan on using for the next 15 years.From our very 1st interaction with Mid-Atlantic Outdoor Equipment’s representative “Jason” on the phone, we were very impressed by his helpful nature and extensive technical knowledge with all of our initial questions about the Cub Cadet Enduro XT Series Riding Mowers and each of their respective engines. This was a very refreshing positive experience during this time of COVID, Supply Chain Challenges and the challenges we sometimes encountered just trying to make contact and actually speak in person with representatives at other companies, that is if you can ever actually reach someone in person or if they actually do elect to call you back after you leave a voicemail message. Then, when you actually do reach someone, too many times we encountered individuals whom just didn’t know their products beyond what was on their respective brochures, of which we can read as well, or I’m sorry to say, sometimes people seem to just say about anything, only for you to find out later that such information was incorrect. That same incorrect information that you are initially basing your decision making upon which is then subsequently inaccurate if the information that you’re receiving is inaccurate. And yes, receiving accurate information is extremely important when evaluating such while deciding on one’s purchase of a $ 3K+ piece of equipment.That’s why upon our contacting Mid-Atlantic Outdoor Equipment Co. and speaking with and personally experiencing “Jason’s” extensive knowledge and insight was most impressive regarding not only the Cub Cadet’s Models and each of their respective engines and features but also on his general insight on the competitor brands as well, all of which directly helped us to more accurately compare the differences of the various models and features of the different Lawnmower Brands & Models that we were considering.“Jason’s” help was candid, informatively straightforward and balanced as he easily elaborated with more technical answers if we asked him to do so, of which, we did often.Even with our many phone calls to “Jason” for additional information, his ongoing attentive helpfulness and professionalism was consistent and unwavering. When we finally did go to Mid-Atlantic Outdoor Equipment to meet “Jason” in person and inspect the actual Cub Cadet that we were now interested in, “Jason’s” ongoing professionalism and knowledgeable assistance not only earned our respect and confidence in both him, the Mid-Atlantic Outdoor Equipment Co. and the Cub Cadet Brand, it afforded us the confidence to purchase our new $3K+ Cub Cadet Riding Mower knowing that we have such a helpful network of quality resources available to us in the future for not only our new Cub Cadet but any service work that may be needed, as well as ensuring our future business for other products that this Co. may sell.All in all, it was one of the best purchasing experiences that we’ve ever had and our sincere Thanks goes out to “Jason” and the “Mid-Atlantic Outdoor Equipment Co.” in affording us this great experience, please know that it was most appreciated by us.
