I called to make a last-minute appointment because I was running out of heartworm and new to the area. They fit me in that day and the whole staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Dr. Kiely was awesome, and I am so glad to have found my new vet. I would recommend Four Legs to anyone looking for a vet!

We are new to the area and were in need of a last minute urgent appointment for our dog, the staff were able to fit us in quickly. We are so glad our frantic calls lead us to this practice. Everyone we met was kind and happy to answer questions and calm our nerves. Like many others our dog is a major part of our family, Dr. Kiely was able to quickly identify and treat our pups problems. We will definitely be back and look forward to routine visits in the future.

I brought my dog here because of a snake bite. she had one wound when I brought her in eventually ended up with four. I’ve spent so much money on treatment. For 5 straight months. Suddenly Dr bassfordDisappeared without saying anything so I was left to this new doctor dr kiely gave me 2 choices put your dog down or pay 2000 a month for steroids treatment. I already spent 1000’s so I said I can’t afford it and would like to keep changing bandages and doing laser. But she would cold heartedly not accept so I said I’ll take care of her at home. I called one day for medicine for her severe bloody diarrhea due to food sensitivity that happened after a month of treatment due to all the drugs they were giving her. I called and asked them for medicine for her stomach and they denied me saying you stopped coming here so we are not going to help you go somewhere else knowing that she is suffering and it’s an emergency and they are my only vet.And one red head lady was rude to me saying is Sasha still alive I’m surprised thought she would be dead in an arrogant way. You shouldn’t deny medicine to dogs in need due to personal false assumptions of people. Have a heart. And compassion. Lilly Breanna and ally were kind all through out the experience. So much love and respect to them. Treat others as you would like to be treated!!!

We have been taking our dogs and cats here for about 20 years now, and they are the best! Kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. No heavy-handed sales pitches. Always available with advice.

We have been customers for over a decade and the personnel here have helped us through the full cycle of pet ownership. They have made us feel like family. Dr. Kiely came from another local, well-loved practice and we know a number of families who have been very happy with their service, from her specifically. With Dr. B retiring, we are so happy we didn't have to switch practices or go to one of the corporately owned firms. So far, Dr. K has given us great advice on our 2 pups and she has made every effort to make sure they look forward to their next visit. So happy she is keeping the same staff and making updates to the place. Thanks Dr. K. for keeping a local family business going strong and say "hi" to Dr. B. for us.

Front staff are rude, new vet not happy with. Changed vets after the original owner, Dr. Bassford sold the practice. Spent close to $700.00 for mis diagnosis and wrong treatment. When I mentioned my concerns to the person who answered the phone I was very rudely told if I didn’t like it I could take my business elsewhere. So I am.

I found this place on Google in search of a local vet. I made an appointment Wednesday evening (the day before Thanksgiving). I attempted to call the following day to cancel however due to the holiday, the vet was closed which is understandable. I called the next morning, today, 11/24/2023 to cancel and I was informed I would be charged a $60 fee for same-day cancellation. I asked if that is still the standard since there was no window of opportunity for cancellation due to the holiday and I was then told “that’s our policy”. Literally makes no sense.

10 stars. I was so worried it wouldn’t go well after my rottie freaked out and got us booted from another vet office two days ago. Lily and Dr. Bassford have fans in me forever.

TLDR; I will continue to bring my pets to Four Legs Animal Hospital. They are wonderful.I have always been pleased with Four Legs - enough so that I drive from Baltimore City. I could just state the facts, that the staff is knowledge and friendly, but honestly, it goes deeper. What really sets them a part from others, is the care and understanding the staff has shown me and my pets. End-of-life care is already a heart-breaking and stressful time, but the Four Legs staff have always handled it with compassion and understanding.I came home to this lovely card today. I know other vet offices to do this, but these words are genuine and from the heart of Four Legs staff. I feel like they loved my boy as much I did (even though he was kind of a j*** in his old age).I literally can’t ask for more out of a vet office.
