Dr. Kiely and Dr. Diaz are the best. The staff treats us and our pups with great care and compassion. Wouldn't think about going anywhere else for our vet care.

Our little pup was very ill and I need urgent care. I called 4 Legs Animal Hospital and they told me to bring him in immediately. Upon arrival they ushered us back to a room and were seen immediately! They took great care of my pup and while he stayed there the whole day under observation, they called and let us know how he was doing every 3 hours or so. He recovered well and is still doing good. The prices were fair and reasonable and the Dr. Kiely & Dr. Diaz so great compassionate care!

Horrible communication, passive aggressive front desk people. I called back to talk to person in charge and was told that I MYSELF had said curse words (when I don't use curse words) and was told that I was being rude by the literal "OWNER OF THE PRACTICE" okay, calm down...I was told not to come here by my in laws and should've listened. (p.s. They don't send out reminders for appointments)

We had an appointment set up for our pet. We had received no call or email ( actually the 2nd time) reminding us of appointment. Brittany had answered the phone and said they called us , we received NOTHING. Not a call, not an email, not a voicemail. She stated we had not given an email , we did because we sent our pets records. When asked about how we didn’t receive a call or email she called us rude and told us we had to pay 60$ to cancel. When we said we didn’t get any notification she said well our system changed. Instead of being resolving , she called us rude and when we asked to talk to a supervisor she just hung up. Don’t recommend.

We love bringing our dogs to 4 Legs! The staff is fabulous, knowledgeable and kind. The pricing is reasonable and they discuss everything with you. Grateful to have this great animal hospital in our community.

Rude staff. Vets left a lot to be desired when treating a sick dog. I would NEVER go back since the practice was sold. Be very wary of this Animal Hospital!

This place needs to work on general communication. Our Dr. was very nice but I feel like the diagnosis we eventually received from another vet should have been surmised by this vet. We left due to the communication issues after trying to a prescription for three days, only to be told we have to bring the dog back and the vet has been out for days. I literally called twice each day to try and get this prescription. On day three they said "well, the Dr. has been out"... is there not another Dr. to ask or can you just tell us this up front? Ultimately, I'm glad we left. Another vet seems to have put all the symptoms together and we have a proper diagnosis to treat the condition.

I was planning on taking my puppy in for his first wellness visit which turned into an emergency visit when my neighbors dog bit my pup while we had him out for a potty break before heading to the vet. The staff was very friendly and thorough in addressing the ad hoc emergency. They created a very welcoming environment as to not create more stress for a 13 week old puppy going through a traumatic event.
Appreciated the follow up from the office a couple days later to check in on the little guy to see how he was doing.

Went in today for vaccines. One of the “helpers”was horrible and was too harsh while holding down my cat, and slapping the other one on the head. They didn’t listen to me when I said which way was better when releasing the cat after the vaccine. Made it much worse and I have so many bad things to say which I will keep them to myself.
LISTEN TO THE OWNERS WHEN THEY TELL YOU TO DO SOMETHING BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEIR PETS MUCH BETTER THAN YOU!
After bringing them since 2018 to this place, I am never coming back again.

I called to make a last-minute appointment because I was running out of heartworm and new to the area. They fit me in that day and the whole staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Dr. Kiely was awesome, and I am so glad to have found my new vet. I would recommend Four Legs to anyone looking for a vet!

We are new to the area and were in need of a last minute urgent appointment for our dog, the staff were able to fit us in quickly. We are so glad our frantic calls lead us to this practice. Everyone we met was kind and happy to answer questions and calm our nerves. Like many others our dog is a major part of our family, Dr. Kiely was able to quickly identify and treat our pups problems. We will definitely be back and look forward to routine visits in the future.

I brought my dog here because of a snake bite. she had one wound when I brought her in eventually ended up with four. I’ve spent so much money on treatment. For 5 straight months. Suddenly Dr bassfordDisappeared without saying anything so I was left to this new doctor dr kiely gave me 2 choices put your dog down or pay 2000 a month for steroids treatment. I already spent 1000’s so I said I can’t afford it and would like to keep changing bandages and doing laser. But she would cold heartedly not accept so I said I’ll take care of her at home. I called one day for medicine for her severe bloody diarrhea due to food sensitivity that happened after a month of treatment due to all the drugs they were giving her. I called and asked them for medicine for her stomach and they denied me saying you stopped coming here so we are not going to help you go somewhere else knowing that she is suffering and it’s an emergency and they are my only vet.And one red head lady was rude to me saying is Sasha still alive I’m surprised thought she would be dead in an arrogant way. You shouldn’t deny medicine to dogs in need due to personal false assumptions of people. Have a heart. And compassion. Lilly Breanna and ally were kind all through out the experience. So much love and respect to them. Treat others as you would like to be treated!!!
