I took my BMW in for repairs at Eurosport several times. They charged hundreds less than what the dealership was going to. The technicians are some of the best. Very knowledgeable and found some very important issues that needed to be addressed that the dealership had missed. I feel safer taking my car here no question.

I have never been treated like a woman who doesn’t understand cars until I came here. I called and brought my car in because the airbag light was on. They told me it would need a new part that was $60 and then they would install it. When I came to pay and get my car I was charged $147 for the part.
I asked them why the difference and everyone got mute. I asked again and the man blatantly ignored me and walked away.
I can deal with many things but rudeness over a question is out of the question especially when I’m spending my money.
I even called the dealership they had to order the part from myself it cost $12! So for them to up-charge to $147 after saying it would be $60 when it is actually $12 is a scam.
All in all my service cost $700+ to replace an airbag overlay. I will never be back to this place, and I don’t appreciate being ignored and lied to about a price. It causes confusion and distrust in customer service.

[2]Response to owner: I expected that predictable response for the sake of responding. The matter was discussed at the time of my 2nd visit, but according to front desk rep it was too early in the morning to call the person for confirmation; you didn't honor your word then at the time of event. At the end of the day, I'm out nearly $500, for you to put coolant and dye into my vehicle, and still have no idea what the real problem or fix is. Why would I return for this type of "service".
[3] Took my vehicle to another shop for 2nd opinion, there's no evidence of dye. This mechanic showed me what a mess dye makes and how difficult it is to get rid of it. Thank you for taking advantage of my situation.
[1] Took my vehicle in to get checked, was charged ~$135. After specifically asking, I was told that will go toward the fix, but it didn't. I was charged another ~$365 the 2nd time, and the issue still isn't fixed. Can't imagine what the actual fix will cost, especially when they don't honor their word.

I took my 2003 bmw 530i to get diagnosed for a Evap issue and received excellent assistance and care to my vehicle. I received outstanding customer service and quality when speaking with Arvin and Adam. I highly recommend coming to Eurosport auto care, they will treat you like family and take amazing care of your vehicle.

First and my LAST experience with these people. First I brought my Porsche Panamara there for a transmission sensor and then they tell me that I need a radiator and a fuel pump. Now my check engine has came on but telling me a list of things and not the very reason the check engine light on is pretty low. Once they fix my transmission sensor I was told that the vehicle still won’t start nor would it even move because of the radiator issue which I never knew my radiator was faulty but never less the vehicle still wasn’t able to be driven is what I was told so it sat for about 3 weeks and while they just got 3600 out of me for a transmission sensor now they telling me that I have 4000k more work to do before it’s fix. Now remind u I’m thinking transmission sensor but I go what they tell me so after weeks of sitting they wanna charge me and additional 1120.00 for storage fee on top of 3600.00 which is high way robbery. I tow my car to a specialist who works on Porsche and they tell me that the radiator is not bad but my fuel pump is damage so this place is MONEY HUNGRY and totally unprofessional. Please please don’t take your car to this shop. You will take it with one issue and leave with many issues all to squeeze u for more money.

No need to explain anything. Take your car there if you dare. You can find out on your own after you have to have another mechanic to fix their work.

Arvin is a very disrespectful person. I have been taking all my vehicles to this place for the last 5 years and have never had an experience like I did on the phone today with Arvin. He has the audacity to raise his voice at me while I’m trying to ask a question about my new car. EuroSport just lost my business with my luxury vehicles. Arvin is going to continue to lose this company business.

Great service, and trust worthy mechanics that aren't rushing you in and out, and really want to identify the root cause of the issue to ensure your safely on your way. Shout out to Arvin and Adam they both kept me up to date on my repairs and timing of when I'd get my car back. Also, they don't just fix your car, they also follow-up to ensure you're satisfied with the repairs a week later. Thanks Arvin for the follow- up call and all the updates along the way. The Eurosport team truly cares about you and they stand behind their work. I'll be back!

I dropped my silly old Japanese truck off for something that I knew would be pretty annoying, fixing the AC system. They ended up discovering exactly how annoying the job was but through a monumental amount of work got it done. A comprehensive maintenance was also done and all kinds of little things that hadn’t ever worked properly were fixed. Based on the other cars in the lot they seem to do the same great work on just about anything domestic/import, old/modern but I can specifically recommend them for Mitsubishi Delica work.Huge thanks to the team for getting me back on the road!
