Catlett's never disappoints! Always fixes my issues/needs with my previous vehicles and my current Jeep. The last service was removing old tires, mounting/balancing new tires, and four wheel alignment. My Jeep rides better than new!

A family member was returning from a weekend trip to Solomons when they encountered an issue which required service of an inoperable vehicle. The fine folks at Catlett's were able to tow the vehicle from Mayo and get the vehicle fixed the first morning they were back to work. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Catlett's Service Center for your auto repair
needs. I called and made an appointment to have a Maryland State Inspection and some work done on my Mini Cooper. They got me in quickly and the work was done in a very timely manner. They even offered to drive me to and from work. The work done on my vehicle was excellent and I will call on them for any future issues with my vehicles. All of the employees I encountered were helpful and very friendly. They make you feel like family!

I'm accustomed to just using whatever towing service my insurance's roadside assistance program sends to me, but this time all of their trucks were busy, so I had to start googling local towing places.
The first thing I noticed when I called Catlett's was their excellent customer service. The woman who answered the phone was polite and clear. She took all my information and said that she would be sending someone right out.
When the tow truck arrived (less than half an hour later), the operator was very friendly and got right down to business getting my vehicle secured. He was quick, professional, and thorough. Before I knew it, we were dropping my car off at the local mechanics that I use.
Thank you so much to Catlett's! You really helped me out of a jam.

Catlett's Service Center & Towing is the BEST! They replaced a headlight assembly on my vehicle. The job was well done and the staff was wonderful to work with. I am a happy customer and will recommend Catlett's to anyone needing vehicle service!
