“Juan at Catlett's REALLY helped me out when I was in a tight spot this week. He personally made all of the difference. I caught a flat on 97 going into work and they dispatched Juan to tow me. After I hung up with the office, I got a call from Juan who advised me on how to be safe while I was waiting, and how long it would take him to get to me. I got another call from him when he was 2 minutes out - he told me he was going to park his truck in front of me, and that I should climb into the passenger seat when he did.

After Juan had my car on the truck, we got off the interstate and looked at my tire. He was able to find the puncture quickly, and unfortunately the tire would have to be replace. I had already spoken to my dealership and they wouldn't be able to fix my flat the same day, so we started calling around. I had special tires on my car and nowhere had them in stock - the best I could find was being seen at 3pm the same day (missing a full day of work). Juan happened to have a friend at my dealership, so he gave her a call to see if they had the tire and could squeeze me in. Sure enough, his friend pulled through and they were able to see me immediately. They had the new tire on, and i was able to make it to work by noon. Freaking magic!

I'm paid hourly, so there is a real difference in missing 4 hours of work versus 2 days. Juan made all of the difference. He was very professional, polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be pointing my friends to Catlett's, and telling them to ask for Juan.”

“Finally, a repair shop that has integrity. My 2016 Range Rover Evoque that has only 88,000 miles has started to cost me a fortune.
