“I contacted AAA when I realize that I was locked out of my hybrid vehicle. I was working in Lancaster PA this day and in the midst of heavy rain, my fob no longer worked. It was raining pretty hard and I was at a work related community event. The communication with the staff person from around the clock towing was excellent. I was told to expect an hour wait but around the clock showed up within 15 minutes. I was greeted Warmly, treated Respectfully, and the service was quick and efficient. We found a way to get into the car and quickly realize that the fob was fine. The car battery was dead. Around the clock listened to this update and knew exactly what to do. It saved me a tow to a dealership, that may or may not have even been open. I was out of town by the way. Around the clock service person gave some good and supportive advice and I was on my way. This particular service person (I regret not taking the time to ask his name)… If this gentleman represents the experience customers would have of around the clock, I could not possibly recommend them more highly. I am extremely appreciative, beyond satisfied, and wanted to be sure to say so. Anthony House Camp Hill PA.”

Sharron goes above and beyond to make sure that all my needs are addressed and Dominic makes sure that my car is in perfect condition after the repairs are made. Just recently, I needed an urgent appointment as something was not right in my car and they pulled me in even though they were heavily booked. Thank you for all the assistance and hard work.

“I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing my car repaired after a collision with a deer. The team at Harford Custom Coach, Ashley, Dave, and John, made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant situation much more manageable.
From the moment I brought my car in, they took charge of the situation, keeping me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent, with regular updates on the progress of the repairs and clear explanations of the work being done. They made sure to address all of my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. Even after the repairs were completed, I had a few minor requests, which they promptly addressed.
