“Went in to use the bathroom today and an employee was waiting in line for the bathroom , so of course I said hey go ahead first she's at work and I know personally how it is to use a bathroom on clock. She was very very kind had such a bright personality great attitude.! She thanked me and proceeded to the bathroom. I went next and came out and she was behind the counter already and went out of her way to hand me paper towels to dry my hands. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. she went above and beyond her job ! Will definitely come back to this store just to see her !”

“I loooooove this store, it is ultimately top tier. I love little Sam and his brothers (Sam’s the hottest out of all of them #weloveourshortkings), their customer service is out of this universe, always giving back to the needy (Basically me & my family) and always making someone laugh. In this community there is a lot of Hoodlums; and our short king always give to them. Now he may be a little, but his heart is big. We love the store and you should go there too, but don’t rob them because like I said Sam is really short and chubby, so if you try to steal from him, he’d probably fall and break something and then you’ll be in prison. “I had put in a order for tenders and a sub, but because it was on two different computers they accidentally forgot about the sub. I noticed it, and said something to the big manager, (I keep forgetting his name, but I think it's Lenny) and he had them make it. I wasn't at all upset, things happen. I just pointed it out. For the confusion, the General Manager (Lenny?) gave me a free sub on him the next time I came in. THAT's customer service at it's BEST. It was unprompted, and I am very thankful for a store that takes care of it's customers. Thank you guys, from here on out, that's MY Royal Farms store.”

“Ordered from the delivery today 9/4/23. Went a picked up order. Paid 67 dollars for said food. Came home and was given the wrong order. I immediately called the deli manager hung up on me. I drove the wrong part of the order back. Which I was told I gave them the wrong order number. I gave her the food and at that time was told she was not preparing the correct food for us and we would have to deal with Mike the owner so no dinner for have of our family.9/5/23 Updated review.This morning I went into Craigtown Market to speak with Mike the owner to resolve the issue from last night. Mike was respectful and we were able to talk to each other with respect. I was given a refund for the items I didn't receive and left feeling grateful that the manager and I were able to speak to each other and resolve the issue and still having me want to do business with the store still. I recommen if you have an issue speak with Mike the owner and he will make things right. We are all just human and mistakes are made but this business will make it right when something does go wrong.”

“Nice and easy for a quick meal when we are on the go. There is something for everyone, no matter what you are in the mood for. MY only complaint is not being able to special order menu items from the app for pickup. Lately, I've been grabbing cups of soup which are surprisingly low calorie for creamy soups. They are filling and decent. I've never had an issue with the freshness of anything in their made to order department. One of my favorite things is the Coca Cola drink dispenser because you can x any flavor you could imagine in diet!”

The associate, Iris, took the verbal assault even as she welled up in tears, continuing to do all she could to help the angry customer. Hats off to this young woman for keeping her composure as her line started to back up, and she willingly chose to help while under such duress from an unruly customer!!!! “on a dreary Friday morning I came in to find Ben & Jerry's milk and cookies in the cooler was empty associate at the front however ddug in the back for 25 minutes looking for my flavor and then asked me not to hate her when she couldn't find I proceeded to tell her but I could never hate her and I worked for Apple if she had an iPhone I'd gladly fix it for free anytime. When she told me the model phone she had I decided I am going to upgrade her at least one model so that she can at least receive the current updates after all why should a hard-working beautiful young girl be behind the times with iPhone. “Best Royal Farms experience I have ever had! I called ahead needing a platter of chicken very quickly for a large family gathering. They not only made us FRESH CHICKEN, they had it done in record time! When we arrived they had almost finished the order and we were given complimentary drinks and a taste test for the chicken to make sure the quality was up to par. “Patrick was very patient and kind helping us set up the ROFO rewards card. He even help me with setting up temporary data from his phone. He is an asset to your store. Not many employees are patient and kind in these tough times where people are cruel and mean. He was very helpful and did not loose his cool while helping us and other customers.I do not live near here. But wish we had more people like him in the world. One thing I didn't like was there is no free wifi in you'r store 87 off route 1 in Conowingo Maryland.I could have gotten this done quicker if there had been free wifi in your store. : (...Especially since my data ran out and Patrick linked me up to his personal phone to complete the process. We didn't need to get gas, but their prices were alright... Especially since gas prices have skyrocketed everywhere. I give them 4.5 stars ?”
