Store itself is a nice hidden gem in the area however, the staff is rude and each one has an attitude. Definitely a shame because I prefer to give my business to the local guy but I’ll avoid them for any future needs.

Manager/owner has a piss poor attitude making jokes about women then just pointing in the direction of a part couldn't be bothered to help with no one else in the store. Glad I went else where for my 2.5k saw an blower purchase, also their chain sharpening is laughable at best my chain still has dull teeth wasnt taken down enough and they dont event hit your rakers. I'll never be back to this store I'll gladly drive an extra 20 min. John one of the employees gets 5 stars very nice guy shame I had the experience I did when going back after doing some research into what I wanted to buy.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and helped in a pinch when my well pump went down. Had a great brand in stock and John gave great advice throughout the process including recommending all parts needed. Couldn’t have asked for better, more convenient service. Would always recommend.

I bought a Steal trimmer and have returned it twice in a week. Hard starting and when it finall starts it bogs down when throttling up. I've taken it back twice in the first week. The policy is no returns but they will try to fix it. There is no indication as to how many attempts it will take or how long. My suggestion is to go to the dreaded Big Box Store where things can be returned. The best possibility now is that I get it back refurbished, lots of lost time and trips to Dublin but I paid for a new trimmer.

Most of the time a great store but parts department is lacking I call looking for a part and they wouldn't even bother to try to cross reference it . Sounded like the Women just wanted to get me off the phone.
