Not only did Mark repair my car and made it look new, he also touched up other scratches and did not even charge me. He is the best. Very nice guy to deal with. I highly recommend.

The found the shop through Google search for a broken window. We brought the car to him at 4:30 pm. He immediately began his search for a replacement, offered to pick up the window instead of waiting for delivery. We shared that we needed the repair completed ASAP, he promised we would hear from him the next day. By 3 pm the next day the window was repaired and ready for pick up. Very reasonable price and fa

I had a wonderful experience at this shop. My car was repaired in less than the estimated time and I was charged less than the quoted price. And, my car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! Plus, Mark offers free snow plowing for the elderly and disabled in our community for which I have so much respect. I will definitely bring all of my business to Mark going forward.

Took my car to Sam's after an unfortunate parking lot incident. The service was excellent and the price extremely reasonable which is rare for a mechanics shop. Highly recommended.

I’ve been here many times over and Mark is one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. He really takes his time explaining what needs to be done and will keep things completely transparent in terms of pricing and what is actually necessary to the job. He goes out of his way to make sure your car is treated right, (my car is my baby!) and will even allow you to see what is being done to your car while he’s doing it. After going here there’s no shop I’d rather go to. 100% recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Any kind of car issue can feel so overwhelming, especially for me! As a female with minimal understanding of everything CAR (and feeling that I will get ripped off because I am a female it always makes me anxious when I go to get car work done, but Sams Custom Auto Body made it a wonderful experience. Not to mention, the work was PHENOMENAL! I had great conversation, got to watch what was being done, ask questions, get correct answers, and learn for any future car issues. Luckily my car had minimal damage from a car accident but after the work was done there was NO SIGN that there was ever a problem!!!! To say I HIGHLY recommend this auto shop is an understatement….. this shop, the owner, the CAT!… everything makes you feel comfy and welcomed—not to mention incredibly affordable ?. Mark was great to work with and offered great advice that saved me money. He obviously cares about his customers and treating people right. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
