The woman that I believe was the manager has very poor communication skills, not nice or welcoming at all.Maybe just a bad day idk.Also the bank charged me $20.00 to cash an M&T check because I do not have an account with them. Not very welcoming to a potential client as I am actually looking to switch banks.

I mostly use internet banking, but for a local bank, I've had accounts with M & T for a long time. This bank is small, but never crowded. The staff are very friendly. The location is on a corner, so it is easy to reach their private lot. Wheelchair accessible. Also has a drive thru.
