If that woman doesn't get a raise, yall are missing out on praising a high-quality employee!!Our company had a very important Board meeting at 3:30pm and our printer broke down at 2:45pm (UGH). We called multiple places for printing and NONE of them were accommodating until I spoke with Yvonne! “I've been to a lot of UPS stores and post offices to ship out products for my business. I have gotten the best service here. One day, one of the packages I sent out was delayed. I asked the staff here if they could help, or had any thoughts on if it got lost. They went above and beyond, examined the camera footage to make sure it didn't end up in the wrong bin and etc. The package arrived just fine, and it turned out that wasn't needed, but the gesture really showed my the professionalism of the staff. They were also very friendly and helpful, even though they were extremely busy given the season. I use this place exclusively now.”

“Lots of trucks in line (from Grais Rd) but line moves fast. Stop in line, go in the office to check in for pick up. Then move forward with other trucks. Guys will come and pull you out of line for loading. Fast and easy.You MUST have vest to check in!!!”
